i saw a ufo in summer 1978, i was about 7/8 years old and i was walking across wimbledon common in london uk. it must have been between 7pm and 8 pm in the evening. there were 3 of us walking at this time, me my older brother and a friend. i happened to look up into the sky and right above my head was a saucer shaped craft. it had the sterotypical lights around the edge and was hovering. it then shot off away from us at what i can only call an incredible speed. i was wondering if anyone else had any sightings around that time and area. i am lead to believe that several hundred saw the same object no more than 4 miles away. i cannot be 100% on this though. if you can help i would be grateful.. |
