The author was a research scientist from 1939 to 1970 with the Langley Research Center, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He received his B.S. in Mechanical engineering with Aeronautics Option (Speciality) from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1936. He considered himself primarily self-educated in mathematics and analysis. His book has the endorsement of Robert M. Wood, Ph.D. in Physics, who was Research and Development Manager, 1961-1993: Mcdonnell Douglas Corporation, Huntington Beach, CA. Edgar Mitchell, Sc. D., the Apollo 14 Astronaut, also endorsed it.

The goal of the author is to establish that the numerous reports of UFO behavior do not defy the laws of physics. To do this, he explains every aspect of their reported behavior. He finds these to be very consistent except for those which he says can be easily identified as "UFO fiction." The reports he relies on include both professional observers from the military and civilians (including himself). The basic conclusion is that UFOs seem to defy the laws of physics only because they rely of 'repulsive force fields' (anti-gravity) which allow them to do amazing things including fantastic accelerations and changes of direction. The occupants are protected from the effects of 'g' forces by the physics of these same force fields. The force fields enable them to operate without consideration of aerodymanic considerations because the force fields deflect the air (as well as anything thrown or shot at them). They can continue right out into space from our atmosphere. Force fields also produce X-ray radiation which in turn causes multi-colored sheaths of ionized air (plasma). These sheaths are actually cold and do not represent 'exhaust.' He sites a report by Bill Rogers of APRO who, on 1-30-73, 6:30 pm, measured a reading of 400 volts and 250 milliroentgens on his Geiger Counter at a distance of one mile from a hovering UFO (p. 315). The author says that this and other reports of Geiger counter readings translates into 25 - 3 million electron volt range which is basically the X-ray range.

The author says that because of his career as a research scientist, he had "advance knowledge of UFO technology....but was effectively muzzled by the NACA policy...that UFOs are nonexistent. He also refers to a UFO study commissioned by the West German government after WWII which was headed by Professor Herman Oberth. Prof. Oberth's conclusion, ammounced at a press conference in 1954, was that the UFOs convert gravity into usable energy. I am Very big on science and never reall belived in ufo's until about 2 years ago when my husband and I saw one outside my house one night. There was no denying what is was, it was saucer shaped and hovered right above our tree line with great big blue lights on it and made no sound, we watched it until we could no longer see it. Now my question is why isn't science all over this? If we could determine who or what they are wouldn't that answer science's biggest question of if we are alone in the universe. Also how they are getting across space and time, i'm sure they are millions of years farther advanced than mankind, and we can't even get to mars, even though science is now evolving in its quest to warp time and space or space travel through space with time or worm holes, I just can't understand why science isn't taking this ''phenomenon'' seriously!!! It could mean all kinds of answers to our species

A Simplistic View of Reality

UFO evidence suggests that ALL movement of ALL particle matter (to include EM waves, electrons, atoms, people, cars, planets, UFO craft,…etc.) is caused by the pull of long (many kilometers, but length varies), high speed (light years per second) ether particles traveling in straight lines and in ALL directions. These very fast, long, linear ether particles (LEP’s) occupy “empty” space, including the space within ALL particle matter. (per cent fill ??)
Also, ALL particle matter is itself composed of ether particles. However, these ether particles are not linear but are bundled, wrapped, (knotted) and held in a nonlinear shape. LEP’s attach to and pull at many points within and on ALL particle matter. These LEP’s have the same speed as the matter they are attached to. Clearly, LEP’s are composed of smaller particles which have an affinity for each other, are directional (polarized), and readily arrange themselves into long perfectly straight strings.

The constant speed of light is caused by the forward pull of LEP’s on the EM wave while forward movement is impeded by other LEP’s (those in front of and not traveling exactly parallel to the direction of the EM wave) as they move rapidly (light years per second) past and out of the way of the oncoming EM wave.

UFO craft are accelerated by literally cutting, ripping, and tearing away LEP’s behind the craft which are pulling in a direction opposite the desired direction of travel. Accelerating the craft to many times the speed of light is accomplished by cutting, ripping, and tearing away LEP’s which are ahead of the craft and perpendicular to the direction of travel.

The field between the plates of a capacitor consists of electrostatic lines which are “particle matter” just like EM waves and are pulled, extending them from the electrons in the negatively charged plate to the positively charged plate, by LEP’s. The field around a current carrying conductor consists of electrostatic lines which are pulled by LEP’s perpendicular to the direction of current travel and, of course, perpendicular to the conductor surface.

The knife particle (KP) that will cut, rip, and tear LEP’s away from ALL particle matter is a special twisted, rope-like, hardened, LINEAR particle created by tightly wrapping electrostatic lines together. Once created and free, the KP spins in the plane of its long axis and about the midpoint of its long axis as LEP’s pull and unwrap electrostatic lines. The KP, when located behind and spinning perpendicular to a craft’s desired direction of travel, will accelerate the craft away from the particle. Also, spinning this particle ahead of and in planes parallel to a crafts direction of travel will accelerate the craft forward, but just as important, it will accelerate all debris including air out of the space in front of the craft. This fact explains the lack of a sonic boom as UFO craft travel at thousands of miles an hour in earth’s atmosphere. And it also explains how UFO craft avoid striking space debris while traveling at light speed.

The radiation effects felt near UFO craft as they hover or accelerate away is caused by the very short wavelength EM waves created as KP’s unwrap. The electrostatic lines that make up the KP actually become very short wavelength EM waves. The downward pressure felt by people located beneath the craft is caused by KP’s as they spin - cutting, ripping, and tearing LEP’s away from atoms in the human body. If you spot a UFO craft near ground, be safe by staying at least 100 meters away. Also, some of the alien occupants are not very friendly, probably because hunters or military have fired weapons at them. Reports of aliens firing laser-like weapons at humans are probably accurate. When humans act like dumb animals they should expect to be treated like dumb animals.

LEP propulsion allows UFO craft to accelerate quickly to thousands of miles an hour, make fast sharp angled turns, and stop very quickly. LEP’s are a source of immense energy. And, of course, LEP’s are much faster than EM waves for communications. Nanometer sized molecular motors can be used to create KP’s.

Secrecy About Reports of UFO Sightings

Having read the many reports of UFO appearances in the Steven Greer book, The Disclosure Project, I cannot possibly deny their veracity. Why would so many high-ranking military and other people risk their reputations reporting their experiences of observing the actions of UFO's? I cannot imagine Gordon Cooper or Edgar Mitchell, both recognized and respected astronauts, being so foolish as to make up or invent their UFO experiences. It does not take a scientist to "prove" the existence of UFO's. What it takes is open minds and courage to speak up against the tide of fear that pervades the culture.

I can understand why the U.S. government wanted to squelch UFO reports in the years following Wold War II. We were wary of the Russians and judged everything in terms of the Cold War priorities. For instance, the Roswell "incident" in 1947 was covered up and anyone connected with it was ordered to maintain silence. My cousin was "Cav" Cavitt, who searched the Roswell landing site for UFO "debris" and flew it to Texas for examination. He maintained silence on the subject to his death in the 90's.

When there was any "incident" involving any kind of observation or experience of an UFO or its occupants, people were told: "This never happened. We were never here." and any film showing ET spacecraft or bodies was sent to some governmental secret place, never to be seen again. There are reports by people who were also knowledgeable of the disappearance (or worse) of people who were not cooperative with the secrecy policy.

I believe keeping these secrets no longer serves our interests, and may actually harm them. Not long before President Eisenhower left office, he warned that matters would get into the hands of the "military-industrial complex". He was angry that, even at that time, although he had seen ET spacecraft and bodies, he was kept out of the loop on their extraordinary projects. A similar complaint was later made by President Kennedy on the June 1963 flight to Berlin to make his famious speech. While discussing the UFO matter with a military officer on board Air Force One, he admitted that he knew UFO's were real, had seen the evidence and was frustrated because "the whole matter is out of my hands and I don't know why. Apparently there are security clearances that are higher than that held by the President. This is where the "military-industrial complex" comes in, much to our detriment.

Earlier on, there was a fear that there would be panic among the people of the land if the truth came out about UFO's. By now, however, most people are not that naive and have already accepted the truth of their existence.
To ignore and discount the testimony of many who have real experiences to report, means that were are denied a truth that, for starters, could provide us with alternative engineering to replace our need for oil. This is not only serious, but has the ultimate potential of destroying our civilization. And all because of fear and ignorance. Those who maintain a blind eye to the truth about UFO's are misguided and on a false track. We are missing out on technology that we sorely need.

I believe its all a matter of funding. You work in science for a University or other which is in part or whole funded by the US Goverment and speculate UFO related incidents in the positive - kiss the funding goodbye.
And possibly your future career prospects - sort of the way it was with commercial aircraft pilots. Science and the unwritten rule "UFOs don't exist" - or else.
