Early evening and it was dark. Two Orange lights came into view as we drove along. Firstly thought they were the orange lights on the freeway, but realised they were above them, but about the same brightness and colour We stopped the car and got out. They were below the low thin clouds, say 300 meters They were travelling about 60 KM per hour and we watched them for about 5 minutes. the second was about 200 meters behind the other. We got out the binoculars and they were still only visible as static all round orange lights. As they went overhead and away from us, the second one seemed to descend lower than the other. Very strange
