Summary: The article, "Washington State UFO Hot Spot" by Christopher Montgomery, begins: The delicate balance between the spiritual and the imagined gets a vigorous shake when UFOs show up. Lately in Washington, visitors to an overtly spiritual retreat have been witness to events and phenomena open to many types of interpretation, both factual and belief-borne. One investigative group gives all possible answers the benefit of the endless doubt."

"Without doubt, UFOs are being seen in large numbers in and around this area of Washington. UFO research currently being conducted at the Yakima Reservation would satisfy anyone's curiosity, whether they be a UFO investigator or just a tourist. The time spent in this beautiful area of the world is well worth it."

The contact continues near Mt. Adams, and the news is starting to spread. Curiously though, it hasn't come from the well-known UFO researchers and reporting centers, but from mainstream media sources. Earlier this month, author, investigator and contactee James Gilliland was interviewed on a small, local Oregon CBS affiliate's news program. They came because of what he and hundreds of eyewitnesses have been seeing, experiencing and reporting to dozens of UFO research groups at his Self-Mastery Earth Institute on the grounds of the Sattva Sanctuary, near Trout Lake, WA.

From there, the news began to spread like wildfire over other CBS affiliates across the United States. Soon after, a Seattle NBC affiliate sent the crew from their "Evening Magazine" show out to see what's happening at the same time a crew from the publication "UFO Magazine" were there as well.

While the "Evening" show expressed the typical stance of the mainstream's reluctance to venture too far into the UFO debate, UFO Magazine took a much different, open minded approach and came to some conclusions that eyewitnesses at the ranch have been telling people for years now.

The article, "Washington State UFO Hot Spot" by Christopher Montgomery, begins: The delicate balance between the spiritual and the imagined gets a vigorous shake when UFOs show up. Lately in Washington, visitors to an overtly spiritual retreat have been witness to events and phenomena open to many types of interpretation, both factual and belief-borne. One investigative group gives all possible answers the benefit of the endless doubt."

While some will remain skeptical about today's eyewitnesses at the ranch, this article brings out some very intriguing points that can't be easily dismissed. One important factor in any serious research into the UFO activity would be the history of the natives in the area. And this area has plenty of UFO history. The article mentions that many National Forest Rangers in the area have had sightings in the hundreds. Native Americans from the nearby Yakima Reservation have a long, documented history of not only UFO sightings, but of contact with the "Star People".

The article shows and mentions some of the best evidence that should make even the hardest UFO investigators and skeptics take notice. It offers many of the best photographs taken of UFOs by the many people there, including UFO and Crop Circle researcher and photographer Ralph Meaney and UFO investigator Spar Geitdeman, who was able to videotape a UFO over the Yakima Reservation.

Other evidence noted was the unusual growth in the tops of trees, showing what the author describes as being leaves with "abnormal genetic qualities". The conclusion after the author showed samples of aspen leaves he had people examine?

"The size of the typical leaf, at its widest point, is no greater than two inches; the length is no greater than three inches. The specimens we had recovered measured eight inches or greater in length and an astonishing five inches or more across. We consider this as evidence of a UFO encounter, and it was found on the grounds at the James Gilliland ranch."

One of the UFO Magazine crew even saw a UFO during their visit on the morning of Nov. 14, 1999. It was reported to UFORCE and Peter Davenport from Seattle's National UFO Reporting Center. Despite the many credible sightings by people all walks of life, the main UFO research groups have so far failed to investigate the activities over the skies of Mt. Adams. But the UFO Magazine crew was convinced, prompting the author to say:

"Without doubt, UFOs are being seen in large numbers in and around this area of Washington. UFO research currently being conducted at the Yakima Reservation would satisfy anyone's curiosity, whether they be a UFO investigator or just a tourist. The time spent in this beautiful area of the world is well worth it."

As James says in the article, "We've figured out that they are here...now let's figure out why they are here."

Come up to the mountain and experience it for yourself!
