Last week, my friend and I were mountain biking in the Cockaponset State Forest. I think it's in Middletown. We were riding for a couple of hours and were close to the Connecticut River and not far from the power plant (I think). Its hard to tell on the trail. It was getting dark and we were taking a short break before heading back to our cars. At first I didn't even notice these things until my friend pointed them out.

They were dark oblong shapes with some lights. Nothing bright and we didn't hear any noise. They didn't move for several minutes so I was able to take a few pictures. When they left they just floated away slowly. I'm only sending one because two of them didn't come out, the digital camera doesn't work well without much light and one of them you can see my friend. I didn't send that one, because even though everyone rides out here we all know we shouldn't be and I don't want to get in trouble for trespassing.

They could be helicopters or maybe a blimp of some kind, but I thought I would forward this to you for a better explanation.

JULY 23RD,10PM, WE ARE DRIVING ON RT 84 HEADING TOWARD CONNECTICUT TO GET HOME. WE (6) ARE IN OUR MOTORHOME. LOTS OF WINDOWS FOR US TO SEE AND LOOK OUT AT THE EVENING TRAFFIC. I SPOT THESE TWO HUGE BRIGHT WHITE LIGHTS UP AT THE TOP OF A STEEP HILL WE ARE TRAVELING UP.THESE LIGHTS ARE TOO FAR APART TO BE AN AIRPLANE. I WONDER WHAT THIS IS TO MYSELF. ARE THESE LIGHTS A TOWER? IT IS HOVERING. NOT MOVING. IT'S NOT AN AIRPLANE. I STILL AM LOOKING AT THESE LIGHTS. THEY ARE HEADING OR FACING US...HEAD ON... THIS THING IS BIG. AT THIS TIME I ASK THE REST OF THE PASSENGERS"HEY GUYS ARE YOU SEEING THIS?WHAT IS IT?I THINK IT'S A UFO GUYS. EVERYONE UNDOES THEIR SEATBELT EXCEPT THE DRIVER. NOW WE GO TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MOTORHOME(NOT THE DRIVER) BECAUSE WE ARE ALMOST EYE LEVEL WITH THIS CRAFT. IT IS TO OUR LEFT. STILL HOVERING. BEAM LIGHT IS STILL LOOKING AROUND. THE HIGHWAY IS FULL OF CARS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SEEING THIS THING!!! WE SEE ITS SIZE. IT'S HUGE! SILENT. NOW I RUN TO THE BACK OF THE MOTROHOME TO LOOK OUT THE BACK WINDOW. ARE YOU SEEING WHAT I SEE?WE AGREE THAT THE LIGHTS WERE WHITE. THE CRAFT LOOKED LIKE A TRIANGLE FROM THE FRONT BUT FROM THE BACK VIEW IT WAS A DIAMOND. NOW THE CRAFT IS DIPPING DOWN THE LEFT SIDE DOWN TOWARD EARTH AND THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE IS UP HIGHER. NOW THE OBJECT STARTS TO MOVE FORWARD AND DOWN THE HILL TOWARD THE NEWBURGE BRIDGE TOWARDS N.Y. WE ARE HEADING TOWARD CT. I GET ON THE CB RADIO AND ASK THE TRUCKERS IF THEY ARE SEEING THIS UFO? NO RESPONSE. I ASK AGAIN. NOTHING. THEN I SAY ON THE CB RADIO. HEY UFO WE SEE YOU . SHINE YOUR LIGHT. WE SEE YOU . WE KNOW YOU ARE HERE. NOTHING. IT'S OUT OF SIGHT NOW. WE ARE FREAKING OUT. IT WAS REAL. IT WAS NO AIRPLANE, HELICOPTOR,BLIMP OR ANYTHING FROM THIS PLANET. NO CRAFT THAT MAN HAS BUILT CAN DO WHAT THIS CRAFT DID. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I were star watching and we saw at first one bright light moving very slowly and then we noticed that there were two ther lights behind it in a triangle formation. It was as large as the box in the little dipper and very dark. It moved slowing towards Owen Sound direction , this took aprox. 20 min to cross above us.No flashing lights , but very bright. When it passed a star there was nothing to be seen only blackness.

At first I didn't wake her up but I could see the lights behind the trees which then rose above the trees and hovered in the air for a moment. I could "hear" a message in my thoughts that my desire for proof of extraterrestrials had arrived and that I was not to tell anyone. It was definitely telepathic communication and I asked silently if I could tell my woman and the reply was something like "If you want to." So I woke her up and asked her to look out the window and tell me what she could see. She described exactly what I saw and then I made sure I wasn't dreaming by several different methods(shaking my head, pinching myself, asking her if we were dreaming,etc.). I then asked her if she could "hear" the message coming mentally from the ship which by this time was landing very close to the house. She said, "It's telling us not to tell anyone and that we can come onto the ship." That's what I was perceiving also, so I jumped out of bed and started putting my clothes on as she put her robe on. I was out in the upstairs hall and headed down the stairs to the back door of the house when I heard her say she HAD to tell our roommate who was sleeping in her room. I said don't do it as I shot down to the first floor and out to the back yard. I saw the ship sitting there and there was an open door with a ramp coming out of it. Meanwhile my girl friend and roommate were headed downstairs but I was intent on getting onto the vehicle and not violating the beings who had sent the thoughts by telling more people. There was a yellowish light coming from the interior and I could see a tiled wall and what appeared to be a tube filled with liquid at the center of the room. The next thing I remembered was standing back in the house near the back door. I rushed back outside and the UFO was lifting off into the air above the yard. The women were entering the room from the upstairs by this time and they joined me outside. As I looked up following its movement high into the air(about 150 ft.) the object transformed itself into what appeared to be a U.S. Army Cargo plane, complete with a rumbling engine sound and proceeded away above the trees. Our roommate said something to the effect that it was just a plane, and I could feel waves of mental energy attempting to block and confuse my mind into a doubtful state. As we stood there in the yard I resolved not to let my memory be blanked out. We all ended up going back to bed and the next day my girlfriend said the whole thing was probably in our minds somehow, but I know it was physical/material/real time expereince because I ran onto that ship with my jeans and a t-shirt on and had only underpants on when I found myself back in the house minutes or hours later. What happened inside the ship I cannot recall but remember running up that ramp.

Me and my friend were talking and decided to go outside and get some fresh air. My friend told me that he saw a bright light; lighter than the north star. I thought he was halusinating and i put on my glasses and i gazed to where he was pointing. The crafts that we saw were nothing like airplanes. they were moving back and forth and changing positions. They were dissapearing and reapearing. We got some sleep and woke up to tell my mother but she wouldnt believe us. We aslo told some of our friends but they wouldnt believe us either.

16 lights in a quadratic box fomation

The object we saw moved slowly and consisted of totally 16 lights with 4 quadradic formatiosn placed in each corner, each consisting of four lights. Regarding each quadratic light formation, the formation was not pushed out to the edges but the lights were placed with great space from each other which means that they were pretty tight in the center were all quadratic formations met. Either it was a big craft or perhaps 4 smaller crafts flying in a tilted box formation with very synced spead. If those lights were blinking they would easily been identified as aircrafts. The craft flied in with the edge forward.

This object was however moving at a very low altitude which explains that it must have been pretty large and there were no blinking lights. The lights were strong yellow similar to spotlights. There was also absolutely no sound neither during the sighting nor shortly after. I'd like to point out that the craft was slightlyy visibile after passing above a small cloud. Shortly after we ran away home in fear.

The area where the object passed is seen here (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=stockholm&ll=59.328790,18.258011&spn=0.013801,0.020099&t=k&hl=en) on Google maps. We were standing near to the building that looks like the letter T slightly bent upwards. The object was probably flying above the forest to the right of the "T" moving to the southeast.

Very rarely fighter aircrafts (Jas-39 gripen?, Viggen?) pass this area and if they do they make a very high disturbing sound. Normal passenger aircrafts and small private aircrafts pass here a lot but they also make a lot of sound which is very difficult to "forget".

This sighting and occurence has been printed in my mind and I remember it very well. The precise date it happened is howewer something I'm working on at the moment. At the time I saw the object I was not so interested.

I saw a report on NUFORC which seems similar to what I saw. This is a quote from the site (remove it if it breaks your rules):

The craft continued on its easterly course until it passed over the horizon. The bottom wasn?t completely flat and had several ridges running from front to back. About five minutes later, to the northeast a very large dome shaped, deep blue flash went off. The flash was very odd. It appeared to explode then implode. The explosion expanded in a dome fashion and lit up the entire sky. About 20 minutes later the wind was back to being ABSOLUTELY DEAD CALM. We are located not too far from Beale AFB. I'm currently a student in what americans would call highscool. I'm going to begin the last of three years this fall. When I saw the object I was about 10years old. I haven't been so interested in UFO's till the occurence in our appartment started happening and I started reading about astronaut who had been feeling this cold touch by a "spirits". I'm now very interested in conspiracy theoris etc.

I would like to point out that my friend had the same age as I and was shocked after the sighting just like me. I would also like to point out that both my hearing and sight is totally ok and I've also done psycological tests (because of the occurence below) which I passed

Some very disturbing occurences have been happening in our appartment the latest months. All residents have been feeling that somekind of spiritual creature passing in forms of shadow and coldness. It seems to be interested in me however because it does weird things to me especially during the evening but that's. When looked on closely you see somekind of magnetic field in a small humanoid form. Maybe It's related because of the sighting? Everything from heavy and light pulsating sounds to sometimes failing electronics seem to happen here. Sometimes the windows even shatter strongly on sides no aircrafts nor vehicles pass. That's another story though.

two of my friends and I were taking a walk around the block when we heard a noise it sounded like ...... a ... humming noise but like a very soft humming not very loud at all. We looked at one another and we looked up at the sky we were shoked and amazed at what we saw 5 round circular objects in the sky just sitting there, four of them in a circle shape and on in the middle. Then my friend said "oh probably just some stars" I trund to her and said "yeah big stars that glow red right? you are such a loser" we looked back up and the top object zoomed to the right and then zoomed back again we could barly keep up with our eyes.then the next thing we new three of them took off to the right and the other two to the left so fast and in one millasecond they were gone.

This photo was taken by my grandfather Cecil Barthelow while on a B-52 bombing mission supporting the 1st Marines sometime before or after Guadalcanal. None of the witnesses (4 full crews of B-52s) believe this to have been any Japanese aircraft because of its speed and shape, nor any American aircraft because they could not accomplish any form of contact. This photograph had long been in a small diary and scrapbook of Cecil's, which was recently discovered on a basement bookshelf, and has not yet been subject to study or research.

At approximately 10:15 pm last night (July 04, 2005), while watching fireworks in my front yard, I noticed a steady red light suddenly appear in the Western sky, which then began moving quickly across the sky from West to East. My best estimation (based on the perspective of the fireworks going off in the sky around me) is that the object was about 15,000 - 20,000 feet up. We thought at first that it might be an aircraft, but the red light never flashed nor changed colors as commercial running lights do. Though, it did "pulse" several times.

The object traveled from West to East (toward Mt. Rainier) for about 3 minutes, then stopped almost directly above our neighborhood (a trick of perspective I'm sure), hovered for about 4 - 5 minutes, then began to move slowly north for another minute or so, stopped and as it began moving north again quickly faded out.

The object was captured on at least two video cameras that I know of, though the object was far enough away that the quality of the image on zoom is not great. There was one point in looking at the footage that my mom shot where the object almost appeared cylindrical.

I have no idea what it may have been, but apparently my neighbor saw exactly the same thing, that behaved in the same way, two nights earlier at approximately the same time. She also witnessed last night's "show".

"Attached is a photo of the red pulsating object that quickly approached our neighborhood from the west as just about every street in our development was setting off huge fireworks on July 4, 2005. The object veered over to our neighborhood and just hovered over us as the neighbors shot off their fireworks. The object was about 3 times the size of a large star and pulsated. It stayed stationary for about 15 minutes. A friend and I each took tape videos of it, and I also took digital video clips and some digital still shots. The audio on the videos has the neighbors (probably about 15+ were present) discussing the object and wondering what it was. After hovering for awhile, it suddenly disappeared. Our neighborhood is in Puyallup, WA. The time of the event was from about 10:15 p.m. to about 10:30. Don't want my name published--just wondering what it was and if anyone else saw it."
