It was late Sept. 1962 and a series of sightings were reported including documented ones in Haledon, Oradell and Hawthorne NJ. My friends and I were hanging out on a corner on Market St. Paterson NJ. Off in the distance we saw a silver saucer that move up down and sideways in an instant. It then had flames shooting from it. Another friend who was in the area under the craft came by and said he saw what appeared to be hieroglyphics flashing on the underside of the craft.

We got in a car and drove a short distance to the top of what's called Sandy Hill which sits higher than all the surrounding area. Elementary school # 15 sits on top of the hill. We waited and within a short time the craft glided directly over our heads. It made no sound , was clearly of metallic construction and about forty feet across the bottom. a series of colored lights rotated around the bottom,

After a few days the paper reported that it was an advertisement being pulled by an airplane, a ridiculous coverup report. Although it was one of many during that month, I've never seen this specific sighting reported.

This encounter changed me in a very fundamental way and made me realize we are not alone nor are humans the most advanced beings in the universe. To this day I wonder if these crafts travel long distances or just between dimensions. Are they always here and usually not visible. I wonder why they never seem to land in a populated area during regular busy times and make contact.

Upside down pudding bowl over a thick bread and butter plate. The plate had alternating flashing square? lights on its rim i.e. blue, red, yellow, blue, red, yellow, etc. Very very bright. No noise whatsoever.

Maybe 1 inch across. Perhaps real size 20ft wide, 10ft tall??? Too far for me to know really.

West - North west of Melbourne, about 25-90% up off the horizon, around 50kms away??

Semi-rural to the north west and, built up city lights and buildings to the west. Possible power station near by.

Two large saucer-shaped crafts with still, bright yellow lights, sitting completely still, and many, many smaller saucer shaped craft with flickering blue/green, yellow and red lights. Constantly moving, some slow, some fast, seemed to skimmer over land and buildings on the north-west side of Melbourne around 10pm onwards. Then suddenly when the yellow lit craft moved, the other smaller crafts followed. There were also other craft sitting completely still over the north of Melbourne, seeming to be "on guard" while the other craft researched and skimmered over land.

Absolutely not!! Too fast, too sophisticated and far too many in the sky. They seemed to be very curious, sweeping the landscape slowly then quickly moving away when done while other craft stood "on guard".

I remember every detail thanks to a "memory trigger" which stayed with me for 2 and 1/2 weeks and played in my mind as vividlly as seeing it on a big screen TV. when i had this sighting, I HAD NO CLUE OF WHAT IT WAS oR MEANT. As time has gone by, answers has come to me without me trying to figure anything out. i have been enlightened. I always Just happened to be in the right place to received information of the sighting. I would like to speak with the guy who took the photo #158. I would like to know if it spoke to him the same as it spoke to me. Did it reveal the same symbols.

after the sightings I experienced a memory trigger, knowledge (enlightenment) of things i previously had no clue of, more sightings( I became an ufo magnet, being in the right place to receive information( like happen to pass the tv), compulsion to draw craft and look up info on it, chirping in left ear.

Approx 8 pm on evening of Feb 18/12 I went out on deck and looked up to see stars. I noticed a light in the west and at first thought it was a plane, but seemed to be moving very fast. Watched as it suddenly shot upward and disappeared into the clouds. No way was it a plane, it looked like a shooting star going up instead of down. I continued to scan the sky but saw no other evidence , but did watch as a plane flew by and it was much slower than the object I previously saw shooting upward.

As teenagers, 4 of us were riding west, south of town. One of my friends in the backseat with me, told me to look at the sky, pointing south. I saw 5 or 6 metallic objects rotating in a circular formation. I told the driver to pull over. I looked ahead and saw that all traffic had pulled over and many were out of their cars watching. Similar to other sighting I've heard of lately, they objects had the same movements. They traversed from one horizon to the opposite in less than a second and back to formation. It was like they were putting on a show. Two fighter jets came from the west in pursuit. When they reached the formation, 2 or 3 of the objects flew along the bottom and top of the jets, and then shot to opposite horizons and returned. It looked like they were playing or toying with them. They could make right angle turns at extremely high speeds. We got back in the car and raced to my house to tell my father, watching the objects most of the way. When we arrived, we could no longer see them. My father just asked "what have you been smoking". No one that did not see them that night would believe me. In the seventies you were laughed at. Now and in the 90s, I have heard of very similar events around the world. I have been studying UFOs since I was a child. Now I understand how they work, I think. They are from this and other worlds.

Before the sighting, the thought of man-made craft were out of the question. I understand now that reverse engineered craft are possible, especially when they chase pretty girls.

Single Cigar shaped UFO of a dull pewter matalic color with no wings.

Jets were moving at high speeds in formation behind UFO at perhaps 100 or more times the length of the Jets. UFO appeared to be at least twice as long as Jets.

Two Air Force jets from Hamilton chase a cigar shaped UFO at high speed on clear day in 1959 or 1960 (I believe). Viewed from my back yard in Cupertino/San Jose, CA. I saw a burst of white/gray smoke between the Jets and the UFO which then made a quick burst of speed and disappeared over mountians towards Santa Cruz. Jets then continued in their high speed, but very slow in comparison. Have more detail, but need to find this quote on your website to determine if this is the sighting I saw. I first read this quote in True Magazine in the 60s.. Need more information.

The one in the west in a triangle shape with very bright lights. There is another that glows red and blinks in and out of sight. They do not all look the same, but most have blue, read and whit lights and appear to be in the shape of a triangle.

I was about 13 years old and was sitting outside of a party that my mom was attending in my apartment complex, 4 of my friends were also with me. Bored as we were, we just sat on my moms car being kids, i happened to just stare off into the nights sky when i noticed 4 lights, then 4 more lights connecting to it. i didnt say anything at first until they started to rotate. i told my friends to look in the sky and at first they didnt believe what i was trying to point out to them, after a few seconds we all saw it rotating. my friend christina went in the party to find her mother as we kept an eye on it. her mom nor anyone else believed what we were saying and never came outside to see. eventually it just faded away as if the lights were burning out. this figure in the sky streched pretty long in the shape of a right angle. im 27 yrs. old now and still tell this story to people whom do not believe me. its was one of the weirdest things ive experienced. a few weeks later my older brother, his friend and a neighborhood police offer spotted one in broad day light in the same apartment complex.
