Appearance / Description of Object(s)

white, very bright, light which faded as it went lower over the horizon. Like I said it first transformed into a delta winged looking object and then appeared into a funnel shape...Susan tried to take a picture of it using her Iphone but the image, no matter how bright wasn't showing up on her view screen.

100-200 feet at its largest configuration, while 50-60 while it was inside the dark cloud

Description of Area / Surroundings

Rural location, along a country road is from where we observed it. Yes the Bruce Nuclear Station is approximately 15-18 Km, north of where this object would have appeared.

Full Description & Details

While driving westbound on Northline Rd, towards Kincardine my wife and I noticed a bright white solid light materialize behind a dark cloud. Originally I thought this was just a star behind the cloud but then realized it was moving away from the cloud. My wife Susan stopped the van and we both got out of the van to observe this event. We flagged down a vehicle passing by to bring it to the drivers attention and confirm that they might see what we were seeing. The moon was hanging in the southeast hemisphere which is what this couple first thought it was until we pointed out the moon. That is how bright this object first looked. The object then moved lower over the horizon, tranforming to what my wife described as a long funnel. I thought it had transformed into a delta winged object which slowly disappeared over the horizon and over Lake Huron. As the object disappeared it looked to be fading in brightness. The delta winged object was large and had holes in the triangles on each side.. We did not notice this object before it suddenly appeared as a very bright light behind the cloud. Venus was hanging in the west that night but is was lower and more northerly in relation to where this object decided to appear. weather was calm, sky was clear,except for the occassional dark cloud, stars were nice and bright..

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

nope, nope and nope,,, yes, Utube has shown some bizarre events taking place in China, Russia, or Norway with the spiralled objects moving until they disappear as well behind the horizon or a mountian. It was moving in comparison to the fixed star positions that night. No man made object because it transformed in both shape and intensity after suddenly appearing behind this dark cloud.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

Always been fascinated by them while studying them on UTube and now that I've seen one close up other than the firefly objects we see from time to time while in the hottub it sure was cool.. We still saw the occassional random flash in the sky again even tonight while we were in the hottub. Definitely wasn't airplane navigation light either because its just a flash and then nothing..Is it just an other battle going overhead while we exist on our primitive earth?

Was it a natural phenomena, not sure. why would it suddenly appear out of nowhere only to tranform to a large shape and then head over the lake toward the USA in a westerly direction..??? We have definitely had our share of strange bangs and sights here along the Lake Huron coast line...Still waiting for disclosure to occur.
