Dull gray metallic with lights, not sure if the lights were colored or not.

Relative size I would say 8 inches. Actual size 35feet by 8 feet

Rural area I had a blueberry field behind me and a small creek on my left with a house on my right

Full Description & Details

I was walking through a blueberry field with my mother and uncle, it was in the evening around 6-8 pm. As we came out of the blueberry field I remember hearing my mom say look at that. At that point I looked up and seen the object, it was completely silent and was not moving. For some reason I felt the need to run towards the object, I don't know if I just wanted to try and get a better look or what my motivation was but I can tell you that I really felt the desire to get closer. As I ran towards the craft it disappeared almost instantly and with out a sound of any kind. There were others that seen the object and I believe some even reported it but I have never heard anything else about it. My mother and I discuss this experience at times and the odd thing that I really don't understand is that we can't remember much about it's appearance.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

This was no man made object.
