white lights that seemed to flicker

white lights in static formation in sky,at least 12.

i witnessed them whilst in car park with my sister and mother.

They were in rows across the sky on top of each other,they would flash

on and off in sequence one row and then the next.

Vertically and horizontally it was long time ago now but we have never forgotten them.

They all light up one last time and then disappeared.

this is the only way i can describe them but they were in perfect formation.
