Full Description & Details

I was sitting at our veranda smoking, drinking fruit juice and staring at the hills far away. And I see this great, huge light over the hills standing motionless. And I say: gee this star is huge. You know it was as when we see something ringing quite strange but then, we still want subconciously to give a rational explanation, which of course given the time and place and what we see, is no rational at all.

ANd then this light started moving upwards and I say gee this star is real fast and it moves quite backwards and this star ain't no star at all. And it was totally silent, I tried to hear the engine to convince myself it was some kind of plane (if there is a plane that can stay motionless in the sky) and i couldn't hear it. Nothing, no sound. And it made a course like the sape of the rainbow (you 'll have to excuse my bad english, i don't know the exact word). It was moving real slow and it didn't accelerate not even once. From the startn till I could see it no more it kept the same slow speed always. It was not a star, not a plane , or helicopter and no ballon. We don't fly ballons there till war world one and there are no metereological stations here. It was certainly NOT a satelite, it was not orbiting, remember it stood still for at least 3 minutes and it was NOT a car light projected. No car no ballon no plane could ever give the feeling of such steady balance this thing gave. It was like it railed on a cellestial railroad and it was wanderfull. I lost sight of it when it reached south because there were buildings there and couldn't see it any longer.

I didn't have a video camera then and our family camera was at Mycenes along with mum , dad and very dear sis who were vacationing there, what an unfortunate timing. I only had my binoculars and sure i went to fetch them, but i couldn't align the lenghts well and well as you can guess i was only seeing a blured red light. So I left them and continued staring to the light with my naked sharp eye. And that's it. I am terribly sorry if i tired you out with that long one.

oh i forgot. This ufo (this type of ufo) was seen again in Veroia and it hit the news and there was a guy who had filmed it and it was exactly like the one i saw and there was an idiot astronomer saying it was just Venus and nothing else, yeah right, it was Venus turning bright red in the middle of the night and moving backwards, ok.
