Full Description & Details

I was returning home from a friends house and was walking up the street when I noticed a bright red object hovering in the sky above the tree tops. It was diamond shaped, oriented horizontally. it appeared to be hovering. I watched the object for several minutes. I went inside to get my parents, when they came out to look the object was gone.

I know that I was very young when I saw this, people may tend to dismiss my interpretation of what I saw, and I certainly wouldn't blame them. I can only say that I remember this event with a vivid clarity unlike any others from my childhood. Seems like an odd memory for a child.
