Full Description & Details

I was outside having a cigartte last night and looked to the sky. It was a clear night at this time. I saw 6 very bright orange lights forming what appeared to be 2 trianular shapes with an orange light at each end of the triangle. The shapes where travelling very slowly and silently. I called my ife out to confirm what I was seeing and also grabbed my telescope. Unfortunately I couldn't get a good look on the scope.

Gradually a couple of the lights started to dim until they were all gone. What ineterests me also is that this was genearally in the direction of Airport West..but having spotted an aircraft the approaching I concluded that the lights where much higher than the aircraft.

At first I thought it may be military aircraft flying in some formation but there was no noise at all. A bit strange really!!
