Orange light stationary initially then moved in a repeating pattern near the ground. Joined by a rectangular white larger object.  

Large glowing object in the western sky as we traveled south.  

Appears to be a colored, flashing star. Object is stationary. It appears to have moved to a point higher in the sky within the observed hour. The brightness is the same.  

3 objects looking like stars but forming a triangle which moved above a mountain slowly. 3 lights were becoming weaker and smaller, untill they completely disappeared.  

Bright object sped across the sky at very high speed and went straight up at a right angle without slowing down.  

Very Dark, No Moon, Large Vehicle sitting at tree top hight about 75 feet up or 75 feet away.Had a row of Lights on ,spanning 3 telephone poles.No noise.  

slow moving bright object. thought it was a shooting star at first but it changed directions and stopped at times  

it wasn't a UFO sighting it was a Extraterrestrial

I saw a disk shaped object above me. The object had many colorful lights on its rim

UFO disc shaped, hovered over airfield, moved side to side at an altitute of less than 500 feet. Shot off over horizon at incredible speed. Lights around perimiter, and on top with large bluish light from circular opening on bottom of craft half the diameter of the ship.

it was a bit like a shooting star but moving slower and it was not travelling straight downit was more across  

blue/white object

Multiple craft, one at very close range. Unbelievable speed and movement exhibited by the smaller objects. Slow, silent movement by larger and closer object.

Single point of light (Indestinguishable from star), distance unkown. Moved in unusual way, (Outside of flight envelope of known human aircraft) for several minutes, then rapidly accelerated upwards/away.  

Spinning and light flashing object just under the shaded side of the moon.  

5 pointed star shaped, cloud-like material, with, at first, single slow blinking light on longest tip pointing south west. tip was more dense. object drifted slowly from south west to north east, blinking end, spun from south east to directly east.  

Cloud like object in the night sky, changing shape and moving w from sw.  

bright like the sun,30-45 feet long, like two dinner plates together (the top plate up side down). & port holes in centre.

It came within 150 yards, made no sound at all, and floated/hovered along as you would expect a helicopter to fly. It had a field around it causing white lights in a circular pattern, a bright red light on top, bright blue on the bottom.  

hazy butterfly shape...shaped defined yet like a cloud on a totally clear night.shaped was constant moved west to east slowly

My ex. husband and I saw the lights across the lake like rotating rainbow colors mostly red & yellow but other colors over the tree tops  

Five objects of same descrption flew silenty over high way  

It was on the day of the first landing of the space shuttle Columbia that I saw eight objects in the western sky  

My sighting of a bright light over San Francisco Bay coincides with the description on this site on the same date.
