Red light pulsating slow. Maybe ever 2-3 seconds. Below there is about 5 blue lights pulsating faster that the red light. About half the size of the red one. Maybe 7-9 m long, about 3 m high. Could not tell the shape because it was dark. Imagine a row of blue lights, pulsating, then above 4th blue light there is a larger red light pulsating faster that blue ones. If you outline the lights it would make a shape of a boot facing to the left.

I lived in a 5 story building. Late at night (around 11pm) I was sitting on a window sill looking out of the window. At that time I was 10 years old. It was probably April or May of 1991. We moved in June. So that night my father was coming home late and I was sitting on the window waiting for him. My mother was in the kitchen. The strange part about the whole sighting is this. I'm just going to describe how it happened.

I am looking out the window. It's dark. I am very familiar with the view from the window. I sit there often. Not looking at anything in particular. Just looking out the window, waiting for my father. I sit and occasionally see a neighbor come home. Some one leaves. Lights turn on in some flats. Turn off. I sit . Then from the corner of my eye (right eye, if it matters) I see something blink. It is located on the roof of the building across from ours. A little to the right. I look to that spot on the roof, and the is nothing there. Remember its dark and some distance away. Not far, maybe half of a football field. The building is 5 story. I am on the 4 th level. I look away. I look straight. I see the light again, but from the corner of my eye. I look at it, it's not there. It goes on for a while. Maybe 15 minutes. Then I look at it and it's there. On the roof.I know that roof. My grandmothers sister lives in that building. The lights are there. Red light, pulsating slower that the row of blue lights that are below the red light. I can not tell the shape of what ever the lights are on. I tell my mom. She comes to the window. Sees nothing. I see it. She does not. I insist that she looks.. See anything blinking there? No. She gets mad. But stays. Then in about the same period of time that it took me, she sees it too. We just stare. Then she grabs the phone and call the neighbor above us. He is sleeping. Has exactly the same floor plan as us, one floor up. She tells him to look out his window. He sees nothing. He comes down to us. Same thing. Eventually he sees it too. The lights are there. It's about midnight. Dad is still not home. We watch it for a while. We have no idea what it is. Neighbor goes home. Mom tells me to go to bed. I do. In the morning there is nothing there. Same old roof. Dad does not believe us. Nobody does.

Clear night overhead..family and I saw disc shaped flying object in SW sky..had red light on top and green glow surrounding..moved very slowly..stopped in intervals...no sound..could not see thrum camera lens..watched more than 30 mine...never seen anything like it.

On Sunday evening 17 January 2010 I was in the city of Utrecht, The Netherlands. At 5.45 PM I saw a bright star moving along the sky, but I realized this was he International Space Station (ISS). I later checked the passage times of the ISS and this was correct. After a few minutes the ISS disappeared in the South-East. Some five minutes later I suddenly saw low in the South-East a flickering star-like object that was not very bright but yet clearly visible. It stood about 20 degrees above the horizon and did not change position. Real stars were also visible in the neighborhood. I saw a clear difference between the star-like object and real stars. The light of the object went out and on at varying rates. Sometimes the rate was fast, about five times per second. Than the rate changed to about two or one time per second. A few times the object disappeared completely but appeared again a few seconds later and went on flickering at varying rates. The flickering was very different from normal stars: it was really completely out and on. I looked for about ten minutes at this strange phenomenon and than went away. The object was still there. Some months later was was at the same place in Utrecht at daytime and saw no buildings or other objects at that place in the sky.

As an amateur astronomer I know celestial objects very well. It was not a star, not a planet, not a satellite. It looked the most like a helicopter, but why stood the object 10 minutes at the very same position in the sky and why did it send these peculiar flickering light signs?

I read a lot about UFOs (e.g. the viewpoint of George Adamski) and I believe they exist. I believe like Adamski that UFOs are indeed space ships from other planets. This sighting did not change my views on the subject.

I was walking through a blueberry field with my mother and uncle, it was in the evening around 6-8 pm. As we came out of the blueberry field I remember hearing my mom say look at that. At that point I looked up and seen the object, it was completely silent and was not moving. For some reason I felt the need to run towards the object, I don't know if I just wanted to try and get a better look or what my motivation was but I can tell you that I really felt the desire to get closer. As I ran towards the craft it disappeared almost instantly and with out a sound of any kind. There were others that seen the object and I believe some even reported it but I have never heard anything else about it. My mother and I discuss this experience at times and the odd thing that I really don't understand is that we can't remember much about it's appearance.

this 'rainbow star' travels across the sky like the other stars yet it's twinkling is very random in flashing, colours, and brightness. i see it every night and have taken lots of pics and video which i have shared with everyone i know, hoping to get an answer as to what it is. i know its definately not natural, not a space station or satellite, and definately not an aircraft. i was thinking its possibly just 'space junk' left over from rocket launches and whatnot but that does not explain what i've seen this thing do. it changes shape and has a main part with some sort of tail that hooks up and these arm type things which wiggly lines sometimes connect by and sometimes it seems to drop coloured lights like rain, i've seen a red one and a blue one fall straight down from it. in alot of my pics it seems to have a blue hue like a trail yet it doesn't seem to be moving. i caught a triangle with it in one pic, and sometimes there are smaller colours orbs flying around it. definately the most unusual thing ive ever seen so far

i may have had a very early encounter when i was 4 or 5 years old, one of my earliest memories... i awoke one evening cause there was a really bright light shining in my 2nd story bedroom window and it woke me up from a dead sleep and i immediately went to the window to see what it was and i remember seeing something that is incredibly hard to describe, it was like a castle made of rainbow sparkles, it was so bright and beautiful like white lights shining on gleaming iridescent ceramic/crystals. the most beautiful thing i ever seen, i just remember staring at it in awe knowing i was seeing something amazing and i don't recall anything else that night like going back to my bed or what happened to the thing i saw. i remember waking up and telling my mom i thought i saw heaven last night (cause she had told me heaven was the most beautiful place in the world) and that it came down to see me. and she didnt believe me and gave me some lame excuse like maybe i had something in my eye.

Hi,

On 30/03/2012 noon I was walking down from Tan Hill towards West Kennet where I saw this bright object at around 600 to 700 metres in the valley below.

This object was getting brighter or dimer and was gradually moving around in the field. At the time I only thought this was a farmer wearing white clothe while working.

Lighting conditions wore between thin clouds and light fog, and was qua-it difficult to understand this object from grater distance. I puled my camera out and start filming. When I looked at my camera monitor I could barely see anything including farm building. My eyes went back in to the field where I saw this object melted out from my view. I switched my camera off and paying little attention to the event I continued my journey.

I have recognised object unique shape only after I uploaded video footage on to computer.

3 lights in triangle formation. One individual light flying at approximately the same height and speed as the three directly overhead.

Spotted over interstate 55 going through part of the city of Joliet near the exit for Rt. 30. There is a municipal airport for the city of Joliet however neither my girlfriend nor I recall seeing any other aircraft that were obviously helicopters or airplanes.

Around 21:15 on the 21st of April, 2012 my girlfriend and I were driving south on interstate 55 near the city of Joliet Illinois. SHe was driving and noticed three peculiar lights in the sky that individually resembled small balls of fire. They were gliding in a triangle shape at a constant speed. Our car was going at around 70 mph. At first I thought they may have been low flying helicopters or remote control airplanes.

I have spent some time in the U.S. Air Force and am familiar with many different kinds of aircraft but after watching the lights for a little bit decided that I have never seen lights like those on any kind of aircraft previously.

We noticed that off to the east there was one more solitary "fireball" flying low over the horizon. It appeared to be moving at the same rate as the three lights above us. It was partly cloudy that evening so judging the height at which the objects appeared is difficult but I would approximate it at a thousand feet or so.

I opened my passenger window to see if I could hear any type of engine noise but heard nothing. Granted, I was in a moving car on the highway. The lights eventually passed overhead heading north. The light at the tip of the triangle eventually faded out but the two at the base just kept flickering off into the distance until they were out of sight.

I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1997-2001 and have seen many different types of aircraft including helicopters, jets, gliders and bombers and do not believe that the object my girlfriend and I saw that night could have been any of these. We are also very interested in watching and naming the stars & constellations in the sky and very often use the googlesky application to determine what we are looking at. The lights we saw that evening were not Venus, Jupiter, Sirius or any other celestial body. It was simply too low and moving at too constant of a rate to have been a star, planet, meteorite etc.

It was round and a light gray color. In the center were 3 round white lights close together and configured in a triangle, these were the lights that were shining down on us. Then there were rows of square orange lights. The rows curved with the round shape of the craft but they didn't go completely around, just rows of 6, 7 or 8 square lights. There were also rows of square green lights. Like the square orange lights the row of green ones curved with the shape of the craft but didn't go all the way around. I don't remember how many of these "rows" of green and orange lights there were, maybe one or two each. It kind of seems like there could have been only one row of the green lights towards one half of the craft then maybe two rows of the orange ones around the other half of the craft. Besides the lights there were lots of I guess tubes and maybe wires, also panels. Lots of mechanical looking things. Whatever the UFO was made out of it didn't shine like cromed metal or anything. It was sort of dull or maybe matte finished.

As far as relative size goes, I would have to spread my arms apart as wide as I could get them and even still the UFO would have been bigger. As for actual size I'm guessing maybe 50ft in diameter.

It was around 3am (I believe) in the morning. My mother and I were originally at her boyfriends trailer about a block away. Her and her boyfriend got into a fight that night and the police had been called. They took my mother's boyfriend to jail then her and I walked home to our own trailer.

We got about 2 trailers down from ours when all of a sudden the street was lit up around us. We looked up and there was a UFO. We stood there for what seemed like a long time though I don't recall now how long it actually was. The whole time we stood there staring up at this craft it didn't move either. I knew that whoever or whatever was in it was watching us too.

Next thing I know my mother and I were walking up our porch steps to our trailer. Neither of us said anything to each other and I remember thinking that was kind of strange cause I was still in shock, I assumed my mother must have been too and I was wondering why she wasn't talking about it. She unlocked the door and right before we went in I remember her asking me something along the lines of "ok, tell me you saw that too, tell me there was something very large hovering over us". I remember telling her yes, I definately saw it too and then I remember asking her how we got home because to this day neither of us remember the craft coming up to us, it was just there, and neither of us remembers it leaving. Next thing we both knew we were walking up the steps to our porch.

I spoke to my mother about it recently and she remembers the incident very well but can't quite remember what it looked like other then it being very big and round and having lights. Her glasses had been broken that night when her and her boyfriend were fighting. I remember what it looked like almost perfectly.

I've only told a few people about it my whole life simply because it's not the type of thing the average person believes and I'm embarrassed to tell the story but a couple of the few people I've told said that it almost sounds as if maybe we were abducted do to the fact neither me or my mother remembers walking the rest of the way home after seeing it.

For years I've wanted to go to a hypnotherapist and have him help me remember that night in detail. I finally came up with the idea of contacting an actual UFO investigator about it and possibly getting help because this is something that's been a huge part of my life ever since it happened. It's something I still think about often. I can't forget it and I want to know if something happened that night and if so what. I'm more then willing to go under hypnosis and I would gladly take a lie detector test if need be.

It was definately not a natural object. No matter what it was machinery of some kind. The only thing I can figure is maybe it's a secret government craft but I kind of doubt it. I don't think we have the technology to create a flying vehicle that can hover that close to the ground while not causing and air currents or making barely and sound. Otherwise we'd have hover cars now.

I was only a child so before my UFO sighting I had no views and I read nothing about them. At that point in my life I had never given much thought to UFO's or aliens for that matter. Those were things you saw in movies.

I want to add that the next day after this happened my mother spoke with the landlord there at the trailer park about it. She claimed that she saw it too and according to her there were supposedly around 200 people there in Colorado Springs who had called the police and reported it that night.
