I came out of my garden shed it was 19:00 i saw my wife looking out of the kitchen window up at the sky. I looked up to see what she was looking at, there was a orange ball of light moving slowly across the sky. I heard a airplane i saw the airplane lights go past the ufo, the airplane was alot higher than the ufo. I took a photo on my mobile phone, the flash went off and the ufo slowed down nearly stopping as if it had seen me. By then the airplane had gone and there was no sound the ufo slowly moved away

said why they knock me out and put me ??????? and when i woke up i was back at my house.

It appeared to be basically blue, with patchy white areas, which might have been the intensity of the glow from the object.. I've created a basic picture to show this.

Difficult to judge, but the height of the upright side of the triangle could have been 10-15 feet.

We thought the distance to be roughly a 250-300 yards from where we were moored.

This is an unspoiled rural area with little building and therefore little light pollution, providing good clarity in the night sky. Maps show RAF Cotisall to be about 4 miles north east of the waterway, although during the week of our holiday I don't recall being aware of flights either during the day, or nighttime.

One evening during a holiday taken on the Norfolk Broad waterways with my two children (who had each had brought a friend along), a friend of mine, his wife and their two children, we moored in a quiet location called Salhouse Broad. Being a clear night, and a place with very little light pollution my friend and I decided to lay on the cabin roof and watch the stars. This part of account might or might not be significant, but we began to notice what we first thought were satellites - single non-flashing lights moving silently across the sky. The unusual thing about these lights was they appeared to be zig-zagging, making sharp 90 degree turns, but maintaining a constant speed. We called the children, along with my friend's wife to come outside to watch. We all saw these (9 of us) for maybe a period of 20-30 minutes.

When this ended the two of us remained outside the boat alone, and moved to sit on the stern overlooking the broad. Our attention was drawn to the island that separates Salhouse from the main waterway as birds in that direction were making noises, flapping and squawking, seemingly having been disturbed. At this point a blue, luminous triangle descended fairly quickly to touch the water - which we believe it did, as it seemed to touch its reflection and then equally quickly ascend, disappearing from sight, when perhaps no more than a couple of hundred feet in the air, despite being a perfectly clear night. As with the lights earlier there seemed a lack of deceleration and acceleration. Naturally we were both amazed, and confirmed with each other what we had both seen. Given this episode lasted only a few seconds, we each of us would have doubted our own perception had we not had each other to verify with.

Neither of us have reported this to anyone other than friends and of course family up to this point.

Nothing natural in my opinion, but nothing man-made that I'm aware of.

Early evening was relaxing on top of a picnic table was startled by an object hovering slightly 100 feet away at ten o’clock from the southwest. The object was between the two-story farmhouse and a standing row of pine trees that paralleled the highway. The object was a length of about twenty-five to thirty feet. (see drawing interpretation: Iowa_1954.jpg) It hovered for about 20 seconds with its array of colored lights pulsing and bilking off and on in a non-random order at its base. Then there was a felt sudden silence as all the lights went off and the faint silhouette started moving slowly to the north. Followed the form as it moved beyond the tree line upon which I stood up and walked swiftly though the tree line to the highway. Could not make out any sight of the object until a beam of white light spot lighted a portion of the highway, fence and a telephone pole for only a few seconds then immediately turned off which took place on the far side of the highway about five to seven hundred feet away. Did not see anything for a moment until a small white dot appeared moving slightly upward at a tremendous speed zinging to the right and then to the left going west until out of sight.

What I could see was mostly a bright light. It seemed to be a fluorescent-type light to me. It was small. I am guessing it was round in some way. I don't know what it would look like without the light. It was very bright, but not difficult to look at.

I was in the 6th grade. My grandfather was driving me to my swimming class at St. Edward's. We were going north on I-35. I was looking straight ahead, but something caught my attention in the sky. I was sitting in the front seat so I had the full windshield to look through. I saw a light moving. It darted above the clouds and I couldn't see it. I stared at the sky and it came back under the clouds. It moved to one side like a hummingbird. Then again in the other direction. I remember thinking the light was interesting. I had the feeling that the light was not letting off heat but it was very bright. Although it was so bright, it was not difficult to look at. I kept my eyes in the sky for a very long time watching it move around like a humming bird, dash above the clouds and come back. It finally went out of my sight for good. I kept looking in the sky, hoping to see it again. Finally I asked my grandfather if he had seen it. He said "see what?" And I yelled, "you didn't see that thing in the sky?!" He said, "I saw it." And I asked, "What what is?!" He said, "A figment of our imaginations." I yelled, "both of our imaginations?!" He didn't say anything else. I never saw it or anything like it again. I still don't know what it was.

It was definitely not a star or planet or moon or comet or bird or cloud or airplane or blimp or weather balloon or satellite. If it were man-made, the it was a secret to the world. It was definitely moving like it was being controlled. It clearly came beneath the clouds, then went back above it. It moved too fast and agile to be any man-made aircraft that was or is public knowledge.

yellow/orange spheres that appeared to have a disc shape from beneath. they appeared to have an internal light source of their own. not real bright though. we have these "piss yellow" street lights here & they were comparable in color to these as far as I could tell. they were approximately 3-5 ft. in diameter & didn't really illuminate the night sky around them much, just the objects themselves

very close to the Missouri river traveled south to very close to Offutt Air Force Base just on the eastern outskirts of Bellevue Ne.

At approximately 8:30 P.M. on Saturday,09/12/2009, my wife & 13 year old stepson took our dog for a walk across the street at the park. A couple of minutes after they left, my stepson came back in & told me that my wife wanted me to come outside & identify some lights. I did. When I got to where my wife was & didn't see anything at first. Then, as she began to tell me about the orange lights they saw, pointing to the northeast, one appeared. It was moving slowly, maybe 15 - 20 m.p.h., from the north to south & became visible from behind a neighbors tree. I was in the middle of the street, watching the object, & some folks were leaving the park & drove right past me slowly. I'm sure they saw it too but we do not know who they are. Our line of sight was then obstructed by another tree as the object was moving, so I walked maybe 60 ft. to the south & waited for it to clear the tree but it didn't. At that time I went back in the house & started my car by remote while heading back out. My stepson & I both got in my car & I headed down the hill to see if we could sight it again. We went down by the local K of C hall just off of Harlan Lewis rd. & I turned the car around to point northeast in a parking lot & parked. At that time we could see not 1 but 3 yellow/orange spheres. 2 were close to the ground,maybe 20 ft. up & the third was about 50 ft. up & appeared to be centered above the others. The three remained still for about 30 seconds & then the highest object again began moving toward the south. It was moving very close to our position & at the same time, the other objects, one by one, moved straight up to approximately the same elevation & began moving south. They appeared to be following each other. We were about 100 ft. west & 50 ft. or so below the first object as it passed by us so we both got a pretty good look at it before it disappeared into a very low, thick cloud about 100 ft. south of our position. The cloud was moving northwest fairly quickly & the other 2 objects were swallowed up by it before they could pass by us. My stepsons eyes can be trusted more than mine & as the first object passed by us he said," It's a disc." I couldn't believe it. My vision isn't the greatest at night & I am color blind. He told me that he could see a definite disc shape as it passed almost directly over our heads. A few seconds after the last of the three slipped out of sight into the cloud I saw two more of the same type & color & sized objects. They seemed to be about three miles north of us & moved from what seemed to be ground level to about 100 ft. in elevation & the first of these 2 moved south & quickly into the same clouds. The last object moved east directly over Council Bluffs Ia. before we lost it in the same clouds. I have seen a lot of crazy stuff in the 47 years I've been alive. In the early eightys, I was in the U.S.A F. I was stationed in southeastern New Mexico & I worked at a bomb range in the New Mexico desert. I am a disabled veteran & am receiving V.A. compensation for my service connected disability. I cannot lose my V.A. comp so I'd prefer my identity to remain confidential. I have heard horror stories about what happens to people who don't & I will not put my family or myself through any grief over this, but I can't seem to forget this incident . If the first object continued on the same path after we lost sight of it , then it went directly over the runway at Offutt Air Force Base.& I would think that should be of great concern to the military. I do know that on that particular weekend, the base was in the midst of an exercise, yet at the time of the incident,the base was very dark & very quiet. To me, that in itself seemed quite strange, but maybe it just happened that way. I don't know. Another neighbor of ours saw these objects too & I am certain many others must have witnessed this incident as well. the hwy. 370 toll bridge is just east of where we first saw these things & the toll takers must have seen this as well as the many people who were coming into town on 370 from the Iowa side of the river. I have mentioned this incident to a few select friends who I know I can trust. A couple of months ago I went to the local paper & told this story to the editor. He said he'd check into it to help me find if there is a logical explanation for what we saw. He said he'd get back to me on it but I haven't heard from him yet & probably won't. I don't think I'm going to ask him about it either for fear that his connections on base may know of find out my identity. I just have too much to lose & we noticed heavier than usual military traffic after I talked to him & that scares me.

Before this incident i was pretty open-minded about the possibility of ufo's & have been witness to some pretty bizarre things so i was also intrigued by the" what if" factor. Now ,"what if," is pretty much just "what?"
