I saw 3 times sky lighting up in different areas towards Darwin east rural area. Although other people I know spoke of other sightings and reported power failures and cars not starting, I only saw the sky light up 3 times this night and then again twice on another night.

I did not experience power failure but the lights in my house did flicker.

An American B2 stealth bomber stopped in Darwin on route to Guam some days previous. The US military were reported to be trialling a new spy plane in Darwin. People I spoke with suspected that maybe the US had perfected the Electro Magnetic Pulse which could explain power surges and failures including cars and machinery.

I had my first sighting last year which was a silver orb that rotated in the center. This sighting lasted 15 seconds before the object disappeared before my eyes in broad daylight. At first I thought it was a helicopter. I have always believed that some ufo sightings are real, some are faked and many are the result of natural phenomena or man made objects.

Over the last 10 years there has been an increase in sightings in the Northern Territory and Darwin in particular. This report was submitted because Tahmoor is a long way from Darwin.

i was out hunting one night when a bright light was floating in the sky. I just thought it was a police helicopter doing a search but the light began to move very fast from side to side and came closer.

i witnessed it while i was in a urban area, but the objects where in a rural area, the only structures near by where mast's for tv, radio.

The first sighting. It was summer, three other people and myself where sitting outside my house, it was between 2pm and 4pm and we where having a conversation. As i was listening my gaze went beyond the people infront of me, in the distance i noticed a silverball moving in the sky. I cannot say how far it was or how high nor the size of the object. Straight away I told the others and pionted, i needed to know that they saw it too and they did. Suddenly we noticed that it was not just one but a group of silver balls, there was at least five, they where making right angle turns and seemed to be playing around. They would dissapper then reappear in different locations. i think that mabye they moved so fast it appered to use the vanished. We all stood there lost for words as we absorbed what we where seeing. I would say that we observed the objects for around five minutes. The two of them went straight up then dissaperd, while the others just vanished. We stood wordless for a while and watched to see if they would come back but the did not.

these objects moved with a conssious, the made right angle turns at high speeds. there is no way they could have been aircraft or any other man made object that i know of. The where spherical and reflective.

this sighting was the first, i have since had multipul sightings with other people in the same area of silver balls. not in groups but alone. altogether I have had 7 sightings in my area.

The object was round and whyte, very shiny, dont know if it was metallic but it was almost pure whyte, it was standing still in air and didnt move and didnt had any lights around, or maybe I didnt saw them since he was very far way and it was a very bright day here in Lisbon.

It was a Mix of both rural and city scape, in the left it was city, and in the right , were the UFO was seen it was forest, the forest of Monsanto here in Lisbon, he was standing in the forest about 2,5 high in the air.

I was In a taxy car in Lisbon, and I was passing along side the forest of Monsanto, when, in the middle of the tall trees I saw a UFO, it was bright whyte and round, It stood there for maybe 5 seconds and went way, just dissapeared, there were no clouds that day and it was perfectly seen.

No, the weather ballons are not released in that place since there are many planes there, and it wasnt a plane, the hight the planes go in that place is not that low and I would certainly know if it was a plane, because at the hight they go they release fumes, whyte fumes easily seen, and planes are not round as that UFO was.

We live in an apartment complex

There was 4 strange moving lights going in a certain pattern. They were going way to fast for them to be aircraft and way to low. They also were very bright and had no noise. they kept at it so we called the police department and they said they had other calls about it in other places. They had an officer going to check it out. We called them back to see what it was and they said it was a yamaha dealership. The next day we went to go find the yamaha dealership and it was to far for it to be the lights that we saw. They also had no light beam shooting from the ground. Also it kept at it until 3:00 a.m. when we went to bed. Everything had closed by then so if it had been light beams why would they continue it after hours? Also there were other sightings of the same exact pattern.

from my eye upward at approximatly 30 dergees from vertical in opposite directions there was a light then over to maybe 40 degrees another and another equally spaced lights on a solid object that blocked out the statrs in the background. In all 8-10 lights around the edge of an enormous square or rectangle object

We were in the middle of a small town of 5k-6k people and it was directly overhead

a friend and myself walking thru town on a star lite fall night at about 9 or 10 pm when we noticed a series of lights in the sky just barely moving. there was no noise and they were moving so slow it was as if they were floating like a balloon. We ran a few blocks to where another friend lived. He wasnt home but his girlfriend and her brother and her mother all came out and witnessed the object. In all we watched it for maybe 7-10 minutes. We were just transfixed on the fact that it was so huge and yet made no noise as it very slowly moved across the sky. as we watched the lights equally spaced around the edges we could see they moved as one and completely blocked out the stars in the background. the object was enormous and as it was silouetted against the night sky it was impossible to tell just how large it was because of the fact we could only make out the lights but couldnt desern the distance to them. The angle from our point of veiw to each light overhead was astounding. I have told of this experience 6 to 8 times in the past and people smile and say yea what were you boys drinking or smoking? I have said before that I believe this object...given the angle the lights were from my eyesight, 8-10 of them as I remember, the distance the seemed to be from us, I would say the object was at least a couple MILES square. Thats right it seemed like it had to be over a mile in length and width in order to be so far away and yet take up so much of the sky, and move so slowly. We joked the entire time that this will be all over the news and that many people are seeing this. Nobody reported seeing anything. No newspaper accounts no radio no nothing!

As we were watching it I made a statement about small pilots flying in formation in order to mess with people BUT everyone present insisted NO it is blocking out the stars. So NO I dont believe we have anything that can move that slow and be that large.

I didnt talk much about it except to the friend who was with me when we first saw it but about 10 years or so ago I saw a tv show on sightings and there were people who described their sighting exactly like what we saw.

As seen from the photo, the object's shape is hard to determine, on the first see it's a round object with a triangular 'nose'.

Compared with the size of the hill on the pic, the actual size of the object should have been 3 metres wide and 3 metres tall.

I estimate a distance of 300 metres and an altitude of about 100 metres.

It was outside a village, on the open road. The sorrounding area was quite flat, there was only one hill in the near. As I know, there aren't any military bases in the zone.

I was going home from a 1-week trip in the mountains. I was in a car with my parents. Suddenly, we had to stop because there was a road-repair. There was a long queue of cars, so my father stopped the engine and we opened the door of the car. Then, my mother noticed a wonderful hill to the right of the road, and asked me to take a photo. I took a mobile phone and took a pic. I didn't see anything unusual with my eyes. Just when we got home and put the pictures to the PC, I noticed something unusual on that photo. I still don't know, what it is, but it is surely there on the pic (I tried to analyse the pic and I exclude the possibility that the 'thing' is a fly, or dirt on the lens of the camera!). I wrote this report in the hope someone can help me. Thanks!

I don't think it's a man-made or natural object. The thing is way too big to be a bird and way too small to be an airplane.
