Short cylinder, seemed to be "paved" with small reflective rectangles om the lower part/

Relative size. Arms stretched out, 1 foot across. Actual size, I'd guess 35 feet wide and 25 feet high.

No more than a hundred yards away and I guess 150 - 200 feet high.

Initially, it was hovering over a loop area with no businesses or houses for several hundred yards. After that, we found it in a residential area with heavy business traffic only a few blocks away.

Summer 1977. A friend and I were driving and noticed an object that seemed to be hovering over a highway near our neighborhood. We drove toward the object and it started moving towards another residential area then out of sight.

We drove the direction we saw it go and lost it. Finally when we decided to head back home, we saw it above us again in a residential area. We stopped and got a good look. It shape was like a steel coffee can. If you can imagine a large can of coffee with the top 1/3 cut off.

It appeared to be reflective or shiny on the lower part almost like it was "paved" with small rectangular, reflective plates. After about 20 seconds, it moved away and out of sight.

We were freaked out to say the least. When I shared what happened with my parents, they dismissed the "sighting" as a satellite or my imagination.

I've told only a few close friends whose responses usually are "I've never heard of a flying cylinder UFO.

I saw tonight a picture of the gulf breeze UFO and this was the closest thing I have ever seen to what we saw and decided to write about it.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I guess I should add there was a SAC base there in San Angelo at the time. Possibly some Air Force plane etc

Kind of diffuse with elongated areas, very irregular shape. It was approximately half mile when suddenly flew toward our plane and miss us for few feet. We fell some kind of pull from its direction. Few other passengers we very scared.

We knew it was flying along with us, suddenly just flew in our direction really fast!

It was in the fall of 1969-70. I was driving home to Baltimore from Rocks State Park, Maryland and was only a few miles from where I'd left at about 9pm or so when I came to an intersection to make a right turn. I looked left down this country road for approaching headlights when something in the night sky caught my attention. It was a very bright star that seemed to be getting larger. I stopped my car, put it in park and got out with my argus 35mm camera. I crossed the road to a locust fence post that I would need to use to stabilize my camera since i didn't have a tripod. I stood there for many minutes watching this star-like light get larger and larger then get smaller and smaller. It got so small that it appeared to by like any other star. Then it would get larger again. and. it seemed to emit a glowing blueish-green banana shaped light that arced out to the west towards the ground. I attempted to take several pictures just hoping that I could hold the camera still enough with the shutter opened to capture some image ( it later proved to be a lost cause as there was no image on the film).It cycled large and small several times and then the last time it got small, it shot eastward across the entire horizon in less than 2 seconds. It was at full accelleration from the start and stopped as suddenly as it started. At its new location it began this getting larger and smaller thing all over again. While my family believes that I saw something, they cannot accept that I saw what I am describing. I stopped telling of my experience -except for this

Not no, but hell no! This was something that shot entirely across the horizon in the blink of an eye. Point your finger a a star in the night sky that is off to your right, then in one quick motion sweep your arm over to the left horizon and point to a position. thats how fast it streaked across the sky

difficult to say as I was probably 6 miles away approx. I would estimate that the largest of the two was the length of a large passenger jet but not as tall. The smaller seem like a round object.

I was located in Urban area but I estimate the objects were above the very rural area of Derbyshire. I'm not aware of any military instalations nearby.

One object seemed smaller and ruonder, the other was long and narrow, there was no exhaust trail. Saw them at around 7.15 am.

I was sitting down in my seat on my plane. I was going to Cleveland Ohio to have my surgery done.When ever I sit down in a plane seat I love to look out my window. When I looked out my window for about 10 minutes, I saw an image appear in the clouds and I was disc shaped. It was nothing I had ever seen before in my life. I was10 years old and now I am 12 years old. Ok, now you are thinking that the little teenager is a lier, a fraud for even coming onto this site. Well, what I am all saying is true. This image that I saw out of the window was blackish gray. Like charcoal. Now for anperson that reads this. I want them to beieve in those E.T'S. Who knows what they could do. If they took action i would stay calm and dont try to kill them.

My godsisters and I went to go check on the water in our pool that we'd just got. It wasn't completely filled so we decided to lay out on the trampoline and wait. I said lets look at the stars while we wait. It was night so we had a flasflight. I said oooooooo look at the star its shining so bright...As we kept looking that star that was shining bright started to hover and as it hovered in the sky we noticed green red and blue lights...abd this circular figure had 1 big ballish thing in the middle shining brightly...thats what made us think it was a star. I said to my godsisters do you see what i see and they said yes.so we shined our flashlight in the sky and as we did it moved closer to us...so we turned it off and another figure just like it took off before our eyes with the snap of a finger...we've never seen anything move that fast. As we looked around at other parts of the sky we noticed about 5 more. They all were hovering and a gigantic circle with their lights bliking...Red, Blue Green Yellow! In that order. And we said that they couldn't be planes because planes cant hover. And hovering is when something can move but be in one spot. Kind of like floating. This shall go down in history!

1st object; roughly square in shape semi translcent with no obvious color . The sides facing the stadium lites being reflective(similar to the shimmering of fish scales) . There was no sound or apparent engine exhaust. No discernable windows or lights. 2nd object; no obvservable form or outline only a string of lites in a line that was constantly changing from straight to vee to one end currling back on itsself .The lites did not blink or change color. while sitting in the back yard watching for shooting stars I observed an object moving from south to north in as straight a line as I could tell. I commented to my wife who then looked in the same direction and noted how odd it was.

There is an airport to the east of us and we are about 1/2 to 1 mile south of the landing /takeoff approach. The airport is couple miles east of us .There is also a county hospital with a helo pad that is used quite alot . The hospital is within 1 mile of our house and is north to us. Generally speaking there is quite a bit of air traffic bwteen500 and 1500ft altitude.

The wind was out of the west and there had been several lite planes over (flying east to west) prior to the first object being seen.

We observed the 1st object for aprox 1to 2 minutes at which time it was lost from sight over the roofline of the house next door.

roughly 5 to 10 minutes latter a second object few over at a higher altitude and speed following the same coarse going south to north.We watched the second object for no more than 1 to1 1/2 minutes.

The objects were both observed within 10 to 20 degrees of vertical.

Also worth noting is that a ball game was being played east of our location and that there was a large amount of "light bleed" from the stadium lites.

Shotly after the second oject was lost from sight a lite single engine high wing plane few over on an east to weat path.

According to the people and the newspapers, theu appearance and the description of the object were as follows: it was around3.5 to 4 feets big, and it had majorly white color, and it had some baloon type objects on its back, and it also had orange baloon type object on its back area. They could also see the landing legs of the object.

Im Vineet, from Chandigarh - India. Just few hours away from the sighting in (Lahaul - Himachal Pradesh).

A UFO was spotted on 27th September 2004. Many coverings came in the news papers, but sadly India being one of the least UFO sighting area..none of the agency or group took intrest in this. Im now sick of this. People like me are wasted just because of this. CAN ANY UFO HUNTER OR ANY UFO SEARCH TEAM FROM ANYWHERE HELP ME IN THIS COVERING??

THE DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS OF SIGHTING :: A UFO was spotted in the Lahaul valley on 27th September 2004, There was a mass confusion if it really was an UFO or some spying object or any weather baloon. Then there were some thories taken out like, its not possible that UFO to be a spying object as there is nothing like that in valley which required such spying operation.

When the sunlight was hitting the UFO it was changing the colors. According to Dr. Dhar (Some guys name which came in the newspaper) The object also had landing legs. So it seemed like that UFO was looking for the orbit. The UFO could have landed there, but when some local workers created the chaos in that area..it retreated.

The location of the sighting is more than 14,000 feet above the sea level. And there was camp situated there by 4 scientists who were there for some inspection for "Chandra Basin Glaciers". They spotted the UFO first. And it kept on flying near their camp for around 20minutes.

According to Indian Space Application center (Ahemadabad) UFO sighting is first kind of thing happened in India, and even Indian scientist have seen it for the first time, and that the pictures were also taken for the first time. The place where this UFO was spotted will be examined and if needed they would also take some help from internation agency.

No reports were given after that. 2 years have passed by, ad theres still no conclusion about this UFO sighting.

It was a clear day and my dad asked me to come outside and see something.

It was a fast moving object heading to the west toward the pacific coast. It made no noise and had no markings and no exhaust. It was going as a constant speed in a straight path.

I would guess it was up about 1-2 miles. I was about 7-8 years old but I can remember this event like it was yesterday.

I saw a second sighting in Tigard, Oregon in the mid to late 70's. It was a ufo exactly the same as the first, with the only difference it being a sphere. No way this was a balloon. It was moving quite fast in a straight line toward the coast. No one else saw it. I feel very lucky to have seen two ufo's and still wander why that is the case.
