Light emitted almost the same color and intensity of a star, the flashes I described were like the brilliance and color of the North star. As stated before, from the naked eye it looked like what I'd expect Saturn to look like if it was viewable from Earth, in the binoculars it looked totally different, brilliant and large, luminious and the randomly occurring sparkles of light were truely breath taking. This is why I am astounded that at least some report of anything isn't available in the local media. Even if it was a mocking "Object mistaking for a UFO was....". The middle darker areas were not visable to the naked eye, only when I put my glasses on them could I make out details, but the details made this object more unbelievable rather than dispelling the mystery.

Unbelievable to me still. Last night I was on the back patio lifting weights when I saw a slow luminious object in the western sky. At first I thought it was a helicopter hovering west of my house. As the object grew brighter, or I focused on it more it began to resemble a blurry saturn. I stood and looked at it a bit, and then climbed a ladder to my roof. It really did look like saturn. I yelled for my 2 daughters to come outside and look. When they saw it they were unsure of what they were seeing. I had them run into the house and get me my binoculars and the phone. When I viewed the object through the binoculars, that's when I became really excited. I yelled at them "It's a UFO, it's a UFO!" I called my brother-in-law and yelled at him to run outside and view this object.

What I saw through the binoculars was a cigar shaped luminious object with dark areas in the middle, which to me looked like a row of windows, and the surface of the object was flashing bright and brilliant lights that resembled the way a diamond sparkles under the lights at a jewelers. The flashes were not concentrated at any one particular spot, they randomly flashed from all points of the object in no particular order or in no pattern. Because of the 2-dimentional nature of objects viewed through binoculars, I could not tell if the craft was a disk, blimp shape (albeit more cigar than blimpish) or what the 3 dimentional shape of this object was, but it was incredibly large and beautiful. My children stood on the patio watching the object until they could no longer see it because of the trees in our yard and the neighbors yard. I managed a total viewing time of approximately 5 minutes, during which time I spoke with my brother-in-law, and later my wife (who was still at work)

My brother-in-law did not get a chance to view the object with anything but the naked eye, and his viewing was delayed because his view from the front yard was obstructed with neighboring homes and vegatation, so while he did see the object, by the time he was on his roof, the best viewing had passed. His first guess was a blimp, but the size, speed and elavation of the object kept that from making him sure of what this object was.

This occurred at roughly 8:45 P.M.

I called the local television station and asked if anyone has reported an object floating over Tucson and the peron said no. My wife contacted another local television station from where she works and the answer was the same. This is unbelievable to me because of the size and relatively long viewing time of this object. I am scouring the local media here today in hopes of some kind of reference to this object no matter what the reference might be.

If this was a blimp, then it was unbelievably large and fast. It travel about 40 miles in 5 or 6 minutes while I viewed it. The desert air allows for great distances of viewing without humidity related hinderences. Also, any commercial blimp like this would be very expensive, and traveling a route towards Mexico where no advertising benefit would be possible isn't something anyone would try to do, this would be a show piece.

I don’t remember how I first became aware of the object. It may be that I saw the shape of the dark object in moon light, or I may have noticed the small colored lights on each of its 3 corners. The lights may have been red and/or green. The object was triangular with sides of 100 to 150 feet in length. The object made no noise of any kind which was striking because of its size and the speed at which it traveled away.

The Flint Hills is a rural, agricultural area. I also recall there must have been a north central Kansas military base in the vicinity as I observed jet fighters in low level flight over this area during my stay.

This siting occurred in late September or early October in 1978. At the time, I was visiting friends who lived on a farm near the town of Alma, Kansas in the Flint Hills region. This is an extremely rural area of farms and cattle ranches on gentle rolling hills. After dark at between 11:00 and 12:00 p.m. a friend and I were driving together from the small town of Alma, Kansas to a farm south of Alma. I don’t recall whether the night was moon-lit, but somehow I became aware of a large triangular object hovering over a bluff to my right and to the Westapproximately ¼ of a mile away. I stopped the car and I and my passenger got out to observe the object. The object moved toward us from the bluff at a constant height of about 300 feet over an open field or meadow. The object advanced toward us slowly, stopped briefly in a hover mode at a distance of several hundred feet, before moving away at the same height at great speed to the North.

I have been fascinated by the UFO phenomenon since my childhood. This is my second sighting. To me, the strangest part of the phenomenon is the lack of any physical evidence despite the apparent world-wide prevalence of sightings. 3 friends and myself were driving in 2 seperate vehicles to Anniston. It was around 6:15 P.M. It was dusk but there was still some light in the sky. We had just turned at Hollis crossroads when we saw a large object move right above us, very low to the ground. It was triangular and took up most of our field of vision on the windshield. It had one flashing green light, but didn't look like any plane we had ever seen before. If it was a plane, it was flying either very low, or was enormous. It also moved too slowly, it appeared, to be any normal airplane. There is also not an airport or airstrip near by, as if it again was a plane, it would've had to been either taking off or landing. When we arrived at school the following Monday, we found that another person had also seen it in the same area. It was unlike anything we had ever seen before.

It couldn't have been a natural object, because of the light. It didn't appear to be conventional aircraft, and was too low to be. I do want it checked out to see if it wasn't possibly an airplane.

A strange Orange colour, I'm an artist and I've never seen this colour orange before I describe it as a living colour, because the colour felt and looked so odd to me It was quite large,the size of a small car ..maybe...?but unsure of the size.It had a halo all around it a whitish , cloud like halo. It was moving very slow when we first saw it. I thought .mmmm wandering star/ because it wasn't a plane, helicopter, satellite or balloon.

7 witnesses to a..glowing orange,moving light.. with a whitish halo coming slow from westerly to easterly direction..no sound at all.. then it quickly..I mean ..so fast, that it was not easy to comprehend how something could move like that ! and it seemed to move in closer to look at us.. it felt like it was watching us, and just sat there in the sky above us for a few seconds..it felt like it was observing us..really, this was the feeling

I yelled at it "do something crazy ,like zig zag in the sky for us"..and it did ! It made a zipping..zig zag movement

then went straight up ..faster than we could estimate, leaving a thin white trail behind it..we will never forget it and we were all saying to each other.. hey..that's not a plane or copter or balloon or satellite or anything that we've ever seen before. Strange thing is that It always feels like it happened just recently .when in fact, it was over 10 years ago.?I keep thinking about it. I was the only one who turned to run when it moved in to watch us..I saw the others just looking at it..some of them with open mouths..like they were shocked.Next time I turned around we saw it go up with the white trail...shocked me that's for sure, had me wondering what the ...?

this sighting can be verified..because others in the neighbourhood saw it and contacted our local paper "the Dandenong journal".We have tried to get the exact date ..but have trouble getting the paper to answer us , I've written numerous letters?

We know the name of the Journalist was "marge stork" and the Title of the Article she did was "UFO'S on the move in Dande"..the date was either 1993, 94 or 95 the picture is one of our nearby neighbours a Mr Micheal O'dea, pointing to an object in the sky he also saw this

orange coloured light, and rang the paper.If anyone can help me find this article I would really appreciate it as I want to know the exact date and have been trying for ages to know more..thanks

I don't know..but I remember thinking" A Wandering Star" I don't know if the government has made vehicles like this..if they have ,it must be a big secret. It seemed very strange to us, this object... like nothing we've ever seen before in the sky..not only this but it felt strange the whole experience was odd in some way..but I don't really know how to put this into words.

I was always interested in UFO's ..from a young age and I know that a few of these other witnesses were also interested in paranormal and metaphysical things. A lot of us had already read books on UFO's and seen movies etc I don't know what to make of them ..It has me scratching my head and always wondering what the ...? was that! Falling from sky I saw a pale green bright light in the distance falling slow and i thought it was a shooting star at first until i realized it was getting close to the ground. Then i pointed to it and the two people with me saw it and it fell slower than something that is falling from that height. It was long like a telephone pole but a little wider with a pale green light trailing about 25 feet from behind it. When it got around 100-200 feet from the ground the light went out. My dad and i have seen meteors before and they are round and the light is always white or red but not green like this and it fell way to slow to be a meteor because I had time to see it and tell the other people to look in that direction and they still had a chance to look and see it for a few seconds as well. It was not falling with one point down it was horizontally positioned but falling straight down.

About 8:30 pm (still daylight) on Tamarindo beach, myself , my friends mike and miguel walked out of the water after a surf session when mike turned to miguel and asked if he saw what he has just seen, miguel said yep! they asked me but i didnt see anything cause i was walking with my head down. They got preety freaked out and started to talk bout a UFO that flew past over us. we looked around but nothing... about 10 seconds after they saw it again comming back from where it went the first time. they saw again i didnt!!! they were stutting and saying ufo, ufo, ufo. When we started walking again, the thingcame back for the tried time and literally stoped about 50 meters above our heads, when i first looked i didnt understand what was that, the first thing that came in my mind was that there was a roof above us, but was impossible bcause we were on a beach!! i felt a bit of "lack of air" in the space and was also a scary silence. We ran to a bar by the beach and never saw it again.

No way!! i saw it, it was day light and came after us. flew twice above us and came back then stoped. IT WANTED US, no crap.

As above object was black. 3 red lights permanently on at each apex of triangle. It was too fast to have been a fighter jet. It was silent. It glided in a straight line from out at sea (the Irish sea) at a height of 10,000 Ft estimated.

It was large in size although very far away. Its direction was NW. It crossed the entire sky in a matter of seconds from SE to NW, I estimate 4 seconds. After 4 seconds it disappeared on the same course or else it turned the lights off! I have been to airshows and seen fighter jets but this moved so quickly it was hard to believe. It was the 1st time I saw a UFO. I was out fishing on Clugga Strand Beach at approx 3am. Its relative size would be about the size of a quater coin but very far away based on the sparse cloud cover which it was above. There was no moon that night if I remember correctly. It was cold with heavy dew about 8C. I was the only person around to see it.

This UFO was sited at night by about 15 people, elderly and children. The object hovered 50ft above my neighbors house, everyone was quite facinated with it and asking questions as to if it were a helicopter or jet. Again, it made no noise nor wind, just a light hum; like when static electricity runs thru your body. We all made a good look at it and everybody saw the Z shape outline of it, the material reminds me of the F-117 Stealth Fighter, matte black looking. It stayed for about 5 minutes, then just started to move upward very quickly, until it was a point in space, like a star; then just like a Star Trek episode, there was a little faint light around it and it looked like it just warped to another point in space and disappeared. Everyone was then freaked out by this incident and everyone immediately went to their respective homes. We later found out from the family whose house the object was hovering over, that a pair of fighter jets had soon buzzed their house, but they were way late for the UFO. At this point the family said the kids were really scared and didn't want to go back into the house. Never saw another UFO since then! I have seen the contrails of the Aurora spy plane in California coming from the Pacific Ocean, moving eastbound extremely fast!

Since then I'm a believer, I even reserch things here and there, try to put 2 and 2 together; I know some people who used to be in the intelligence communities and heard some rumors. One being from someone in the US Navy claiming that we have an underwater secret sub base under the west side of Puerto Rico. Supposedly it was built to counter the Russians during the Cold War, who were running down to Cuba along the US Eastern seaboard trench. I 've also heard this base is used for UFO storage---USO- I guess

It was about 3 oclock in the afternoon, I had just gotten out of school. And it was a clear-blue-sunny day. I was coming from my uncle's house and walking through our yard (it's a big yard with no trees or building obstructing the sky) and I look up and I see it. A shiny "cigar" shaped metal aircraft in the sky. And I could see the sun's light reflecting off of it and just wondering how was it hovering like that because I didn't see any "wings" or any convientional methods of a airfcraft to be in the air like that. And just then my uncle calls me from his door and I turn to look at him and asked him did he see that and he's says "see what?" And I turn back to look at the u.f.o and it's gone just like that. I'd say it took me 2 maybe 3 seconds to ask that question and to look at that spot in the sky again and it was gone. Like a said before it was a clear-blue-sunny day, not a cloud in the sky..nothing obstructing my view or the sky it's self and it was just gone.

It was broad daylight, clear-blue sky......it was definetly "manmade" or "alienmade" and the way it dissappeared it wasn't a blimp, weatherballoon or swamp-gas

Before the sighting I always thought that we weren't the only ones in the universe but I didn't really get into it the subject. I use to watch the x-files for entertainment, but that was a bout it. But afterwards I did get into it more and I don't think they want to hurt us, I think maybe they are just observing us like zoologists observe animals

I was parked next to a soccer field by my highschool on a clear night and a white parks truck with the yellow lights passed us and started to drive up onto the curb and onto the grass. It was as if he noticed we were in the parked car or thought someone might have been so he stopped his progress onto the field and went down to the corner and turned right then pulled onto the field onto the grass and turned off his lights in the soccer field. We were watching him both silently wondering what he was doing when a bright light came from above us at a rate of speed I've never before witnessed to a position that seemed to be a few hundred yards in front of us and over the houses in the direction of the parked truck. It lit up the entire field of view like a flash and made a low foghorn sound then retraced it's exact path to above us to the right and instantly out of sight. The truck then turned on his flashing yellow lights and took off driving fast down the street. I'm not sure if he was scared or if there was a connection. It seemed to me as though they came down and took a picture of the area or made contact with that truck? Who knows what it was.

No, It moved like people describe UFO's moving. Much faster than any technology I know about.
