The airfield was not lit as as the aircraft had landed. It was not city lights we observed or Venus. We were all well trained weathermen as well.

I was an airtraffic controller in DavisMonthan Control tower, night shift. Five lights appeared out of nowhere over the base. They split into two groups and did formation manovers. Tucson tower, five miles from us watched them also and asked if we had high speed jet helicopter training going on. The Tucson approach radar said they could see them. Albuqueque Air Route Traffic Control called and said they were tracking them also. They were in the area for almost an hour. They formed up and headed East at high speed. The long range radar guessed they were going 1200 per hour. They dissapeared from radar over White Sands NM. Unable to give better discription of objects other than white globes.. The next day my Squadron Commander called us in and told us we were not to discuss it.

I saw many other things over the years on radar and sometimes pilots would ask if I knew what it was that had pulled up next to them. The Tucson observation was special as it was seen by multiple towers and radar sites.

The objects moved and turned at speeds our best fighters could not have close too. The base was a fighter base and I was familiar with everything that flew. My Commander seemed shaken when he talked to us and he was pretty hard nosed.

I have seen many UFOs for want of a better word. Many pilots have reported them to me. I did controlling in Europe, all over the states and in the long area between Alaska dn Toyko. Something with intelligence is in the skies, I dont know what.

I had just come home from taking my oldest son to a friends house. It was 11:30 pm. I was standing by my van and looked up over the house to see a "plane" gliding over at a very slow speed. I could see the metal and what I thought of as bolts holding the sections together. I could also see what I thought were windows. It was moving very slowly from the North to the South and there was no noise. Not egine noise or any other noise for that matter. It was if the nieghborhood had gone silent. I watched it until it was gone. The shape of it was like one side of a triangle and the edge was rounded. The end of it was what I took to be the end of the "plane's" wing. I did not see any engines of any kind. All of this lasted for what I thought was just a few minutes, maybe five minutes at the most. When I went into the house my husband was very upset with me. He wanted to know what had taken me so long when where I went was only about 15 minutes away. I told him it had only been about 20 minutes since I left and her told me to look at the clock. It was 1:45am.

I thought it was a plane, but there was no sound and all air traffic was grounded because of 9-11. No, not a natural or man made object.

It was late at night approx 00:30am and my son and i were returning from a trip on the east cost, as we were driving back along the brinktop road, near sorell, we noticed some

lights approaching from the east, we thought it was a helicopter, along side us as we drove, then it took off over to the north east, and as we drove further along, thehuge bright light apeared again, and approached us from the north east and cut in front of us, becoming staionary hovering on a hill next to the road, i slowd my car to a stop and a very bright search like light illuminated our car, and ourselves thru the sunroof, the odd thing was there was absolutly NO noise! totally silent! i could see a dark space in the center of the bright lighted object, then like a light switch being switched off, it dissappeared, moments later my husband drove up behind me, he had noticed the light, but didnt think anything of it...i must admit this particuar part of the road always gives me a strange feeling and leading up to this event i had been strangly drawn to this reserve, and had had recurring dreams of sitting on the hill where the object had hovered, bizarre! i did not feel afraid, nor did my son, in fact we felt quiet relaxed, normaly i would be a little scared in the middle of nowhere...I return many times to the same spot, and have witnessed it again since then ,but only the once, and this time i was alone, and got scared and drove off, i notified the ufo guys here and they did some research, and there were no explanations for what i had seen, they rang the airports, and rotarlift helicopters,ect, but nothing was out at that time, nor of an evening, and what i had seen was silent! it could not have been a helicopter, it was nothing like anything i have ever experianced before...

I ahve also had two other experiances, where i witnessed at 6am... i was driving home over the bowen bridge towards old beach, as i turned across the road onto the east derwnt highway, i happened to look across the water and as the sun was just coming up i saw a huge reflection...i looked harder and noticed a huge elongated object, that was at least the length of approx 50' feet or so, with a very subtle and slight dome or saucer shape on top, it was only partly submerged from the water, i though it may have been a submarine, although i didnt think we had submarines in the derwnt river, or of that size! it appeared to be a dark gery metallic colur and was shining from the light of the sun, i also noticed that there seemed to be a join of some kind from the elongated part, to where the dome shape began, and along this part seemed to be a pattern simialr to lights, although switched off, as they were the same colur as the rest of the object, as i was still driving very slowely at this stage, i nearly vered into another car, so took my eyes off the onbject for a few seconds to pull over, but when i had looked again, it was gone, i know what i saw, some people said it could have been a reflection of some kind, but i was looking at it long enough to know it was real...a few days earlier i had noticed two rings of light floating beneath the water in the same spot at the same time of morning, they were very pretty, and i nearly had an accident watching them as i drove, and again they dissapeared, i have been wanting to get back there ever since with a video cam and try and get some footage, as im not the only one whos noticed unusual things in the derwent river. hope this interests you .

I was travelling in a volkswagon with my mother driving and 2 friends on my way to pick up my sister from basketball about 7pm at night we all witnessed a bright oval shaped object in the sky so overwhelming that we stopped the car and all got out and stared at this thing

i didnt know it at the time but this would play a significant part of my lifewe watched it for a couple of minutes . i was so fascinated by this experience i wanted to take everything in i noticed there were no shadows from the trees infront of us yet is was blazing white light. i noticed it did not have a sharp edge but more of a haze like you get from a road mirage around the shape I desperatly tried to look deeper into ot and notice a brilliant band of yellow light in the lower third of the object .Then i felt some kind of connection and i just knew there were beings of some kind inside of this thing Then i stsrted receiving all this information so much that my head began to ache until it was excrusiating i had to look away as my head felt like it was going to explode a clutched the back of my neck and yelled out in paid doubled over it felt like my head was swelling. we all jumped back into the car and drove around the corner to our house i raced inside to get a camera yelling to my father wheres the camera he said in the draw why? I grabbed it and raced back outside just as this thing took of striat up at an incredible speed . i never got a picture of it but every night had repeditive dreams that lasted about 6 weeks until eventually i had to will the dreams away. every night it started the same like you were fall through a tunnel of webbing.

This happened almost 34 years ago and it is still as fresh as the day it happened - I do not wish to be identified through fear of ridicule or sensationalism however i did try to look up the archives as i know the newspapers reported the sighting at the time i was too young to remeber the details of dates and what newspaper it was and at the time didnt think it would really matter or that it would have such an impact over my whole life.

After having dinner with a group of friends we were leaving the resturant and walking towards the parking lot. Across the street is a big city park with soccer fields, tennis courts etc, the lights were out so it was fairly dark. walking towards the cars i looked up and pointed out a glowing object that looked like a saucer, round, with port holes (or so it seemed). the object was moving really slow and it was really low. with condos in front of us the object seemed to make its way behind them, the whole time the object was lit up from end to end, the entire object seemed to give off light, not just the bottom or from the port holes, almost like some sort of glow in the dark toy that was just taken away from a lamp, it was a pale yellow light. we all stopped to watch it, noone really wanted to say what we thought it was. It was a boys night out and noone wanted to step up and ask if it was a UFO. I finally asked "what do you guys think it is?" there was a moment of silence before i heard "dont know", "not sure" etc. eventually it made its way west and we lost sight of it. 4 people stood there and saw it, we didnt hear anything but we were near a main road so theres a constant din coming from the road, plus i'd have to say the ship was at least 1/4 mile away, maybe a little more than that. Its my only sighting and while i've never really told anyone besides my family i believe it wasnt something thats man made, or anything natural, its movement was controlled and intelligent. The group never spoke of the object again but i'm sure its in all their minds as it is mine.

I've always been interested in the unknown, i've read many books on ufos, area 51 etc etc but i'm not a dreamer, i have my feet firmly on the ground sort to speak so it wasnt something i imagined, plus how could it be when all 4 of us stood there and watched the same object. this was years before camera phones or the small digital camera otherwise there would have been a better chance for one of us having a camera or something of the sort.

New Norcia is A historis Monastery town in a predominately farming area. there is a radio telescope sveral kms away (to the wsw I think) and the Pearce Airbase of the Royal Australian Air Force is around 70 ks to the south.

Out for a drive to the North East of my home in Perth Western Australia. Stopped at the town of New Norcia, approx 100 km from Perth. Did not notice the irregularity on photo till viewed on computer 3 months later. Did not notice anything in the sky at the time, in terms of sight or sound..Took a series of photos of the town with the storm gathering behind as a backdrop.

The Main Photo that I first noticed the "UFO" was taken facing east in the mid afternoon (photo AUT_9310 which I have emailed via below address). other photo (AUT_9305 was taken several mins before facing south. Photo AUT_9310 was taken near the church seen in this photo. Although I am not able to tell exactly what the shape is it does not look "right" to me and a few friends I have shown it to can not give me a clear answer either.

I suppose that criteria would make it a UFO but I would be hesitant to make any claim of extraterrestrial origin till someone with more experience and access to better photographic refinement technology (not hard in my case!) had a chance to look at it. The camera is a Canon Powershot A50 1.3 megapixel. All Subsequent images, incuding one taken several seconds later but looking more to the south (as in a two part panorama shot) do not show anything like that, nor Have I winessed anything like that with the camera before.

Nothing that I can tell, but I'm no expert!! I was hoping that someone could shed some light on it for me. If it's a naturally occurring or man made thing, that's fine with me. but I thought I should share it to get others input.

I was a twelve-year old at the time, and I was outside the mobile home where my Mom and I lived, and at 10:00 PM, I went outside to turn off lawn sprinklers. Our two dogs were barking towards the east, and I thought there was a car on the road. There wasn't, so I looked up and there was a disk-shaped light, cruising from E to W. It was changing color from red to blue, to yellow, to orange, and back to red again. It did this several times during the time it was in view. There are power lines nearby, and it was following a set running from the main line to a nearby house. Both dogs were barking (still). I called to my mom and asked her to come out and see, but she was preoccupied with trying to get TV reception. After the object went over the western horizon, the dogs stopped barking and my mom said "The TV's fixed, what is it?" I told her "Nothing now. It'll wait."

The object was dark even in the sky. Now that I think about it - it makes sense - a dark unlit object can't easily be seen at night...until it's close. But at the time, I wasn't thinking about that at all. I was just watching it. No lights anywhere that I noticed. As it got closer, it was enormous. At least a football field length long - maybe bigger but I couldn't see it completely becuase it was so close overhead. Then, the lights were on but it just glowed on the bottom. Don't know what the top was like...never saw it.

This occurred late at night - I was sleeping. I'm still not sure if it was a lucid dream, or what, but it bothers me. The first thing I remember is I was standing on a street corner - no cars were around. It was late at night and there was another girl standing near me, to my left side. I did not know her. I felt like I was waiting for something but did not know what exactly. The intersection reminded me of one in North Dakota where I lived a few years ago... because my surroundings were flat unlike my current residence where there are lots of trees and some hills. I looked to the sky and saw this dark object - it looked like a dark ball - no lights. And I thought to myself, huh, I that's not so big, I thought they'd be bigger. But then I realized that it was far away because it grew in size.

I had to tilt my head backwards to see the thing and I still couldn't see it all. It was black beneath - I have no idea what the top looked like - never saw it. I remember noticing light around me, but I don't recall seeing actual lightbulbs or lights on the underside. I don't know it's exact shape because the thing was way out and dark and then over my head. If I were to guess - I'd say triangular, but it's just a guess.

The next thing I remember is being in a small room. The lights were dimmed and it all seemed to be in muted tones. I'm fogetting some of the details - the colors and all. That bothers me too. Anyways, I realized the other girl/lady was not with me anymore and I asked this female thing where the lady went. She let me know without speaking - almost as if she sent me a chunk of information - a complete thought - I don't know how else to explain it. - that the lady/girl was on her own "tour". That's the thought I got - a tour or with other guides. Something like that. ? Then, it's like I realized I was not in my bed and I was talking to this "alien" and I got kind of excited. I looked at her better now...because before I was concerned with where this lady disappeared to and so Ii didn't even really "look" at the person in the room. But she was very thin - short but not much shorter than me - I'm 5'2''. One wierd thing - she had hair - I realized it was wierd and must have thought something like you aren't supposed to have hair (it looked like a blonde wig styled like that of a 1960's airline stewardess)????? because she sent me this thought like, it's too comfort you. I guess so I would be more at ease but it just looked so wrong. I seemed to focus on her darn hair. It was just not right. Anyways, I was still excited not frightened and not at ease either. I asked her now, am I dreaming? Because the wig/hair thing really was just wrong. She told me - or sent me the idea - no you are not dreaming. Then, I got really excited and I blurted out or thought instantly - I knew it! I knew you were real. I got this feeling of her being so pleased that it almost seemed that she was laughing...but her expression never changed. She was so pleased with me. That made me feel good. I wanted her to be happy. Then, she asked if I was ready for the tour? I followed her out of the room into a hallway. I remember that the hall was a silver grey or maybe a metallic color. It was much brighter in the hallway - I again saw no "lights" but it was light all around me. Anways, we walked a little bit and I have a vague memory of seeing some sort of elevator in the center of this large open room when we walked around the corner. (I just remembered that! I think I had forgotten) It just opened up and was huge - beautiful really. It reminded me - the closest thing I could think of - like the center of a mall. The kind that has those glass windows on the ceiling and the waterfountain below? No waterfountain was there but I think there were plants around the elevator thingy. We didn't go into the center but kept onthe outside near the wall. I followed her and I don't remember much talking/thinking from her as we walked. We entered another room and this room was enormous too. It had hundereds, maybe, of chairs in it. They appeared similar to those chairs that have the metal on the outide in a shape of an "s" and then the seats are plastic. I think they have or had them in elementary schools? Anyways, the seats were located in the center of this very large open area. Glass windows or maybe it was a shiny metal all was to my left. Then, she kind of thought to me that she hoped I would be pleased. I got the feeling I was being rewarded - that this was a surprise, a reward of some kind. And I felt that she was going to let me see my grandparents - but they are dead. I had noticed when I first entered this room that there were photos - I guess - they had people's faces on them and I guess they were photos - the photos were sitting on the chairs. The top of the photos were resting against the back of the chairs and the bottom edge of the photo was on the seat part. She walked to the left side of the mass of chairs. I just kept looking at all the faces on the photos....they were of all races. All different. All of varying ages. Hundreds - I felt overwhelmed. She got near the back rows of the seats and stopped. Then, she motioned with her hand for me to go into the row of chairs. She was so proud I felt. So happy for me and hoped I was happy too. I was feeling excited and happy but confused. Then, she told me to stop. I stopped and looked at the phtoos on the chairs. She seemed to sense my confusion. And I felt her mood change. That scared me. Concerned me. She asked if I knew these people but they were Indian - not native american but Indian...I think or maybe they were asian...but the skin was dark and the eyes were dark and the hair was dark but I am light haired and blue-green eyed. I said I didn't know these people. Like I said, I had thought I was going to get to see my grandparents and indeed these two people looked old and one was female and the other was male but they were NOT relatives of mine. Then, her mood went icy cold. She just shut off...and I felt nothing from her. I worried that I had displeased her and that I'd done something wrong. I think I kept thinking what did I do? What is wrong? Then, these shorter, twig like grey beings were around me - encircling me -and they were kind of pushing me down to the floor. She was still hadn't moved. But I could see her through the opening of the heads. I was laying on my right side and I saw this needle thingy coming toward me and I think but am not sure that the liquid inside was orange - ? Not sure. Anyways, they put it in my arms and I woke...in my bed on my left side with a sore left upper shoulder. There was a small bruise and a pin prick mark on my shoulder. It's gone now.

It could DEFINATELY be explained as a dream but that was one hell of a dream then.

I have never been certain about their visiting the earth. Do I believe they exist in the universe - absolutely. Have I read about them - I have books my dad has sent me. I want to know what this was. Did I dream it? It felt very real. I have drawn the pictures of it. I've gone back through the books my dad gave me about UFO's trying to find something - something similar - but I found nothing. I did find your URL/email address from the book: The Threat. I skimmed it and don't recall anything similar to my experience. I don't remember ever having anything like this before. Moving east to west(right to left) across my wind shield. A flaming ball with blue center surrounded by yellow trailing into orange and red. like a candle flame going horizontally and leaving a red trail. Came from beyond my vision behind trees and passed beyond trees on opposite side and out of my field of vision.

Driving northbound in tractor trailer on 295 in southern NJ. Saw a flame pass from east to west directly across my field of vision in windshield. I thought at the time it might be a plane on fire or a satellite re-entry. It looked like someone had tossed a burning match head across the front of my truck. Sighting was approximately 2-3 seconds in duration and could not have been something thrown because I was driving around 60-65 MPH. It was not a jet engine flame because it flickered and trailed like a torch flame without any semblance of forced gasses behind it. It had a blue center like a gas flame with a yellow and red and orange corona and tail. The tail was mostly orange and red growing redder the farther away from the head of the flame.

I am writing this because I see there was a similar sighting in Oregon 1987. I have seen several strange moving lights in my travels around the country over the past 30 years. Most can be explained as reflections of parking lot sodium vapor lights or headlights over a hill, but this was on an interstate that is heavily traveled with wooded areas on both sides. Nothing was reported of crashes or meteors on the radio or in the news papers. I checked thoroughly. The sky was clear and relatively cloudless. It was late and quite dark. Any lighting is from the town lights beyond the wooded areas(1/4 mile away). It was a curios enough sight to stick with me all these years. I wonder if anyone else in Southern New Jersey saw a fireball aroud the same time?

The only possible explanation is a piece of space junk burning up on reentry or a plane on fire but it did not look anything like the shuttle pieces I saw on TV and there was no visible fusilage of a plane. The flame did not diminish in size ,or grow,across the windshield so it was probably moving slightly northward, my direction of travel.

Very white lights, as many as 30, covering an oval area. We had to be looking at it on an angle against the hillside. I was driving 75mph and the lights were moving off to our right. I thought they might cross in front of us on the highway, but it didn't. It had to have covered quite a large area, maybe several football fields in length.

Rural area which is notorious for being windy. A lot of wind generators are just being installed on both sides of the highway.

After attending a horse sale in Billings, Montana, my friend and I were driving home to Great Falls. It was 8:30 p.m. and dark out, so we were keeping our eyes open for deer along the road. Diana suddenly said "Peggy, what is that next to the hill? Is it a low flying plane?"

At first I thought she was looking at the red lights along the wire which were flashing. But she said "No, those bright white lights." When she first saw the white lights, she thought it was cars racing, but the more she looked at the lights, she noticed they were all moving in unison and very smoothly.

When I looked over, I thought I was looking at a rural town with its lights on. It was hard for me to look at them very long because I was driving. Diana thought it was strange that all the lights were moving. I finally stared over at the lights and couldn't believe my eyes. I said "I hope this isn't an optical illusion -- this is really freaking me out." Then suddenly the lights disappeared! It was very strange and scary. We locked our car doors and continued to talk about the strange lights we had just seen.

The lights moved too smoothly to be cars, or even harvesting machines. And why would they suddenly just disappear? Now I wish we had stopped the car or even just rolled down he window. This was in an area which has started to erect generator windmills. On the way down, during the day, we had commented on what a good idea it was to install these wind generators. Was it possible that intelligence from other places were curious as to what was being erected? It was a bizarre thought for two very normal ordinary women.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

There is no reasonable explanation for what we saw.

Once in a while I'll watch Unexplained Mysteries on tv. Most of the time, the people relating stories seem to be a little bizarre. However, I am a religious person and feel that there are other worlds in the universe.
