My wife and I along with my sister and her friend Peter were sitting on our condo balcony watching satellites and shooting stars on a hazy, humid, cloudless, moonless night when out of the north came a low flying formation of lights that, in the time it took us to get over our amasement at what were seeing, disappeared over the trees blocking our view to the south over the Green Mountains. When each of described what we saw each agreed that it was a V formation, silent, high speed, low altitude with steady, low intensity lighting (not flashing as the several aircraft we had seen at much higher altitudes). The only differences in our observations were that one saw the lights as triangular shaped and the others saw them as circular, and that two saw only 4 lights while the other saw five lights with the fifth not following the V formation but wandering from it's position in the V to the middle of the V (Peter described this as the teenager driving the craft). My sister had gone inside the condo for something and she reported seeing a flash of light in the condo. About 1/2 later I viewed another identical formation but by the time the others turned around it had disappeared over the treetops. We then drove to a mid mountain parking lot to get a full sky view, unfortunately, no other viewings appeared.

Earlier that day Peter, born and raised in Chile, had talked of the routine sightings of unexplained lights over the Andes in the 1950's; he attributed our sighting to us being in the proper mental state for a visit from the unknown. I have SETI running on my computer and had commented that my father had a daylight sighting in the 1950's of a metallic disk with a central dome over the farm I grew up on and that this disk made no sound as it left the 7-8 mile visible valley in the time it took my father to blink his eye. We had several military training flights over the valley but my father insisted that this was like nothing he had ever seen and its speed and lack of sound made it a UFO. He listened to the UFO- Fact or Fiction radio broadcasts after that to try to make sense of what he saw.

my roomate and i wer eon the porch when he pointed out a strange light that e sw over the woods across the street from our house. when i looked all i saw was a small white light that hoivered for a moment and then took off to our left. another white light seemed to come right out of the first but this onw was going twice as fast as the original. they were heading the same direction and they both dissappeared in the same spot. about 2 minutes later a bright orange light appeared over the trees. it was huge, and as it hovered it got smaller, turned red, then got even smaller and turned white and then shot off in the direction of the first two and dissappeared in the same spot. This happened 3 more times, for a total of 6 times in under 15 minutes. there were airplanes in the sky at the same time and it was very obvious that the lights we were seeing were not planes.

while getting shopping carts off the parking lot at a grocery store at 9:45pm I was walking acrossed the lot and was looking around the night sky, I saw three small lights in a diagial formation. It at first looked like to me a medium size to small airliner in a left banking turn toward the ground. The lights to me looked like the two llights on the wing tips and the center light was the head light. The sky was starless due to clouds from a storm front. As I was going acrossed the parking lot. I looked away to see where I was going, I looked away for maybe 1 to 2 seconds and looked back at the objects. I thought that the objects were not an airliner in a banking turn, but maybe flares from an air guard jets out of Terre Haute, In . But there was no sound of jet engines. In this whole time frame of 1 to 2 second thought, the lights where higher in the sky and went out one by one from bottom to top. At round 9:55pm on the same date I sent my co worker out to the lot to get a few remaining carts off the lot. I followed him to see if the lights where back. He called out, "There they are." I looked up and saw only one, just as it went out. He said there was only two the time.

according to my co worker these lights from time to time to appear over mount carmel late at night, and he has seen them off and on. These lights show up at no set time of the year or time of day. But mostly at late night or early morning before the sun comes up.

In July this year i went to Egypt with my girlfriend. I took lots of pictures on my digital camera. They were all inspiring photos of the pyramids etc, but to my surprise i noticed a strange orb above the sphinx in one of the shots? I dont know whether it is a UFO or just a fault in the camera. In the high desert country of southern cal. iIn 1978 While returning from a late night dinner my buddy pointing at the windsield told me to look up, i did so ,and recieved a big surprise in the way of a big ufo.The craft was traveling toward us parallel to the road we were on. The machine was about 60 feet to our right,and 75 to 100 feet high, it was moving very slowly. I estimated the craft to be about `160 feet long. I have good hearing ,and though my friend didn't hear anything, i could hear a very low humming sound....I believe it was the first time i saw a blue light on a flying machine. In the way of a discribtion The craft had a long rectangular center section, on this section were port holes running the entire length. The front and rear of this machine were retangular boxes with many angles,the rear box was slightly different than the front. The front had blue and either green or red lights shining, but not blinking. On the bottom of the front box were two large circular light's,one beside the other. The rear box had a single large circular light, the lights formed a triangle. In the center of the long center section was one large similar light. In the center section their were light's on,and i half expected something to walk past the port holes,although we slowed down to a crawl i couldn't get my buddy to stop. The lights appeared to be circling each other and inbound for runway 270 Right. I was inbound with another pilot for a full stop landing on 9 left. I called the tower and advised then of head on traffic. The said that had nothing in the area reporting as inbound from that direction. Later they told us it might have been a flight of helicopters that had flown earlier in the afternoon. The lights continued in bound, all though I had my landing lights on and was in anintersept course with them. The lights were spead out across the horizone taking up the intirer with of the airport both runways 9 L and R which were the active runways wound have been interfered with. we continued inbound and landed pulled off of the runway and stop the plane. We observed the maneuvering of the lights a figured they could not be helicopters or any other aircraft at the airport. the lights appeared to all turn northward at the same tine somewhere close to the turnpike and flew off until we lost sight of them.

The lights were white yellow green and blue.

The maneuvers were circling each other in a vertical circle while maintaining there directional flight.

This would not be a safe maneuver muchless at night. and at very slow speeds.

Each light seemed to be disconnected from the rest. Becouse of the maneuvers and the change in heading from west to north. The all changed heading at the same time and withe the same spacing.

They were just lights like the running lights on airplanes. The did not appear to be conected.

A year or so later I was at homestead air port with john it was night time and I was getting ready to fly back to TMB for the night. When john and I observed lights in the sky again doing funny maneuvers this time we jumped in my plane and flew towards the lights at two thousand feet and closing we determed it was the fuji blimp over the everglades doing bazar maneuvers for a blimp and turning on and off there landing lights. There were a bunch of calls to TMB and homestead that night, but I advised traffic controll that it was just the blimp. IT LANDED AT hOMESTEAD LATER THAT NIGHT.

I was lying in bed unable to sleep one night. My brother was in another bed under the window fast asleep. A bright beam of light shone through my window, not from below but straight in as though someone was stood outside the window. This was highly unlikely as it was an upstairs room. My first thoughts were that my Dad had found us (we were in hiding from him on account of his violence towards us) and was trying to get my attention to let him in. I lay in bed frozen for a minute or so whilst watching this beam of light travel slowly around our bedroom. Once fear had subsided, curiosity got the better of me so I snuck on my hands and knees towards the open curtains and slowly raised myself up behind the right hand curtain, my brother sleeping below me. I peered through the right hand gap of the curtains to the blackness below but could see no sign of any movement (expecting to see my Dad with a torch).

What I did see was something from the left hand side of the window outside rise at an amazing speed which hovered for literally a second or so before darting off over the roof. All I remember about the object whilst it shot up into the air was a single white light (not bright but in fact quite dim) on its underneath. The sighting was so vivid and all happened within seconds. I thought nothing more of it really and went back to bed.

In the morning I got up for school (I was 15 years old at the time) and my mum had the radio on in the kitchen whilst she made us breakfast.An announcement came on that hundreds of people had phoned in the previous night to report seeing a UFO. I tried to tell my mum about the experience the night before but she just shrugged it off. I have never had such an experience before or after this event but still find what happened to me that night the most intriguing experience of my life.

On wednesday night i was driving south on interstate 5 from San Francisco towards Los Angeles. About 2 and a half hours into my drive, near the panoche exit, nearing the coalinga area, i noticed something in the distance to my left. I saw lights and i thought that this object was flying low, so i kept an eye on it. As it got closer, i thought wow this thing is sorta low and making a b-line straight for me. I was trying to make out if it was a plane or a helicopter, but couldn't until it got really close. This object was so low and coming right for me that I was getting panicky and if i should slow down or speed up to avoid the objects path. But just then it proceeded to float directly over me. I got a good look at it, because it was about 50 feet over my truck. This object was black and blended in astonishingly well with the atmosphere. Not just any color black! It had perimeter lights that flared at its rounded points, maybe about 5 gleaming white lights. But not bright lights more like soft lighting, just like illuminated type lighting. it made no noise it seemed like, but i also had my window half way down and the radio on. But still didn't hear any jet like noise that would probably over power my radio and wind noise since it was so close. Next, the object floated over me and onto a north western path. As it floated over me, and i keep saying "float", because that is the movement this object had. A very smoothe glide float. Anyway...as it passed over me, i turned my head and looked through my back window in amazement and actually yelling out loud to myself, "Oh my god, what the f*** was that!" Meanwhile im almost driving into the center divider, i swerve and become straight again. Driving with my mouth open in sheer shock i looked around to see if there was any other cars right around me, but there were only truckers about 200 yards behind me, i was scared. I wanted to stop and take a moment to try and see it again, but i was alone and this area had no offramps or lights, in fact i couldn't even really get a point of distinction for about 5 miles. The closest offramp i saw after this sighting was panoche rd. i think. This was an experience i will never forget and i need it explained. After doing some research i found no military planes that resemble what i saw, and i found that people have been seeing this sort of object in the same vicinity on interstate 5 since 2000. Here i am to report another I-5 unexplained flying object.
