On a September afternoon, my mother and I were sitting in front of our house. I was 17, my mom 47. She asked me what kind of airplanes were in the sky. I looked and I saw 4 football shaped objects, grey and slightly orange in color in a "V" like formation (three on one side and one on another). They did not appear to be moving and we heard no jet engines. I told my mom I would get the binoculars to get a better view. I rushed inside and when I came out ( less than 45 seconds) I instantly looked up and I saw nothing. My mom said they just disappeared. I looked all directions in the sky as much as possible, but saw nothing. We saw nothing in the newspaper and heard nothing on the news. To our knowledge no one else saw this. We did not report anything....we just thought it was funny. My mom is now 82 and I am 52. We still remember that sighting.

Other Comments

I have never again seen a UFO, nor has my mother. I have travelled all over the world. What we saw was not commercial nor military aircraft nor baloons. Some pictures of UFOs slightly resemble what we saw. I believe they represent a far more intelligent life force than our minds will allow us to understand. Just as humans observe and study one celled creatures, maybe we are being observed.
