Full Description & Details

While sitting on my back deck which basically faces north.... from the East I noticed a bright light heading in a north westerly direction. At first it seemed like a helicopter or airplane through the cloud bank, but as it got closer it flew by at a much greater speed than any aircraft I've ever seen in the area and there was no noise associated with the passing of the craft. At the time, there were night time spot lights lighting up the sky, but this was not bouncing off the slight cloud cover it, was inside of it, and moved in a straight line.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No... it was moving way too fast. Girl friend didn't see it.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

Open minded person. Very analytical and precise. I have extensive knowledge of mathematics and physics. I believe that there is intelligent life out there, but I don't think it has actively visited us yet.
