it looked round and mettalic . it had no lights on itand there was a tripod looking thing on it and it was spinning slowly the whole time.

the relitive size would be like the size of a football.

i would say it was like a block or two away and a couple hundred feet up

it was a populated place and it was near some train tracks

i was out side and the mellalic thing was hovering and as i was looking at it it looked like it was constantly spinning. i watched it for a while but i didnt see any humanoid or living beings in it. one side of it was mettalic looking and the other looked like glass kind of.

no it was not natural or man made
