it was bright on the outside and black on the middle it kept closing and opening to see the black middle

it was about 2 inches i think for actual size it would be 25 ft wide and 10 ft tall

there were a lot of stores around where we saw it

we were coming out of a store then we saw this ufo under the moon going from side to side and up and down it was hovering from place to place then we went home it dissapeared but it came back doing the same thing this had happened before here but in northeast now its happening in the east side and had happened before in manhatten new york the northeast and new york had the same image a triangle but like if the picture was reflected.
