Clear night sky. Only T-Walls surrounding the area.

Twice did I and many other see a UFO once it flew above us very low at about 200 FT. Completely silent . I only noticed after an airman pointed it out. It traveled roughly about 150 mph. It was bright but the shape was clear to see it illuminated from the inside not too bright. The second wich I have a picture happened about a week afterwards. A bright orange craft fell from the sky at a very high rate of speed and stopped on a dime just a couple hundred feet above. I quickly took a picture and after a whole minute it flew back straight up just as it fell. It was very very bright . when zoomed up it looks like a ring inside a ring.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No known object looks like these . Even the airman near by was astonished
