This photo was taken by my niece. Up to 6 UFOs in same picture. Pretty amazing i think.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

some of the ufos look like a refection of the glass , thoe in the photo you can see the glow /refection of the ufo on building in the back ground.
