From where I stood, it looked like a regular bright star that was moving.

I have no idea, but it had to be larger than a commercial plane.

It was pretty high, considering there was a plane flying underneath it.

Stafford County, it's the suburbs, Quantico Marine Corps base is literally a minute or two away from everything.

I was out delivering pizza's, as that is my occupation. It was a fairly cool day, not a cloud in the sky, at around 5-6pm. The sky was darkblue, the sun was setting. I remember looking up at the sky and seeing this completely white ball floating high in the sky. My first thoughts were that it was nothing more than a star, until i noticed it was flying at a pretty fast speed. I could tell it was moving quickly because there was a plane, and from the looks of it, the plane was at a lower altitude, and yet the white ball moved a lot faster than the plane from my perspective.

I parked my car on the side of the road and got out to keep an eye on it and to not lose my focus. Next thing I know it dissapears. I stayed and kept looking up, hoping to see it re-appear but it was gone. No trace of it was left.

I haven't told anyone, or reported it. I live near a Marine base and it could have been something they were messing with. It looked similar to other UFO videos I've seen on the Internet.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It was not man made. It looked like a star, the whole thing was white, as if it was covered in a white light.

I've always known a good amount of information on UFO's and sightings. This was definitely a sighting.
