Difficult to say as it appeared to hover just under the clouds. Perceived size was 20 ft.

Full Description & Details

In the jeep with a friend at a stoplight, we joked about how small the black cloud was until wings were seen coming out. Then 30 secs later the wings folded back in and it started travelling forward increasing speed until it was out of view beyond the horizon.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Thought it might have been a predatory bird at first, but based on it's movement think not.
