The shape was hard to determine, but is had a distinct light electric blue color/lighting with a subdued brightness.

A half inch across, looked like the size of a 747.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

The distance was twenty miles at about 3,000 feet.

Nothing of particular interest in area.

Full Description & Details

My cousin and I were standing on my typical suburban street. The time was approximately 1:00 AM and we saw a UFO, about the size of a 747, with blue or dark turquoise lights, flying extremely slow. As it continued south it appeared that small dots of light were "ejecting" from the craft and slowly streaking towards the ground. The craft then moved out of our sight. My town is a suburb of a medium sized city, Rochester, NY, so there was a good chance that we weren't the only witnesses.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It could have been an aircraft.
