A perfect Disk with neon green and blue colour that brightened up the street around me and it was so close to me I could feel the power

It was only about five meters In length and one and a half meters width

It was fifteen meters away and two meters above the house roof so six meters above the ground

It was 10.30pm and I was a few houses away from my mums street walking home from work.I was in the centre of the dark road walking home head down and then noticed the street lite up with green flurow light I turned too look at the source of light and a neon blue and green alluminated five meter long saucer craft gently wobbling side to side with the slightest buzzing sound a few meters above the house.This happened for three seconds then with a sound that I will never forget of a bang like a gun shot popping the disk took off side ways and then up and vanished.The tail of green colour was All that remaind and sent electric bolts too the street light poles and cable and the street lights turned off then went back on as I ran to mums front door where I nealy kicked the door in and told mum what I saw and it was so close

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No way it was to close and i have never heard that bang sound and the disk was the same as what I saw in a dock of crashed one in the snow in russa in ww2

Alot I have seen objects far away but never so close I wish I had my iPhone in year 2000 I researched the electro propelcion machine
