there is a power plant nearby but its just a typical neighbor hood

Me and a friend were inside his house talking and we heard a noise out side so we went out side and saw what looked like a glowing human it had arms and legs like a human but its head was wierd it had big eyes .then it went up and started slowly moving in the air.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
