Appearance / Description of Object(s)

At first it was a bright white half moon shape,but when it started moving down,or floating down it started getting more round shaped and more see thru .

if I had my arms stretched out it would of been the size 2inches

It is a urban area ,lots of houses around and also trees,but no military,of power plants there or in area.

I was outside around 853pm at night and I seen a light come out of nowhere towards the north sky.It was like a half ball or something but it was bright but then as it was floating down slowly it was becoming more round like a circle and it started becoming transparent.after about 2minutes of watching it just disapered.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

NO not at all the moon was in my backyard facing the east where the moon was high in the sky and it was transparent after it was bright,then changing its shape also

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I have thought to see one before ,but for some reason this one gave me chills and i was shaking afterwards.I think I would be afriad to see one again ,I do like wacthing the night sky ,and will continue to do so even after this.
