I was a passenger in a car, it was about 9-10pm, and I looked out the passenger side window and noticed swirling lights above the clouds. I didn't know what it was and didn't think much about it. Until a couple of days later a friend had mentioned to me an article in the local paper about many calls to the police department regarding the swirling lights. The reporter did some research and couldn't find a source or reason for the lights. Hmmmm....
