Full Description & Details

It was a round circular, silver object with bright multi colored lights in the center (thats how I knew it was silver). It seemed to float in mid-air, and there was a light humming, like a florescent light, ya know? Once and a while a small probe would float out of it and seemed to be measuring the buildings.
