i was going to Pavillions in mission viejo california when i saw what i first thought to be a parachute. It was orange and square but when i looked carefully i saw that it was very very high up and not a parachute but a square or maybe rectangle ship.It did not seem to be moving I called my girlfriend who was at my house that I had just left to go to the store and told her to go outside look at the strange ship in the sky but she could not see it from the street in front of my house. I went into the store and when I came out it was gone. Later that day I heard on the news that there had been a ufo sighting in Los Angeles i figureed it was probably the same thing I had seen.This happened about 4 years ago in 1999
