In 1976 a friend and I were riding a motorcycle (I was the passenger) over to a friends house approx. 5 miles away in another small town. It was just after sun set when we just came into the edge of the town. From the corner of my left eye I saw a bright white intense light. I turned and face the light it changed from a bright white to a bright red then to a dull red to a blue. Then all of a sudden I saw this saucer shaped object appear with char marks on the outer shell 3/4 of the way to the top of the saucer there were what appeared as windows that had a yellow light that was coming from them. We were close enough that I could see the separations between what looked like windows and the char on the outer shell. All this time there was never any sound from the saucer. It was just taking it's time hovering across this small town and (it was very big) we followed it as far as we could then we just sat at a stop sign and watched as it faded off into the dark. Neither one of us said a word until we got to our friend's house and started walking up to the house my friend turned and said to me. "Did you see what I saw" I said, " I don't know what did you think you saw,” he said, " Man I just saw a UFO" I said, "Yeah I know so did I" We went inside and told our story to our friends. A day or two later I went back over to my friends. He then told me that his wife was standing on their front porch (facing in the direction of the small town that we were going to) steps talking to her mother she said that she saw the bright white light and told her mother to look at it and then all of a sudden it was gone. I don't know if her mother ever saw it but she sure did. We never reported it because no one would have ever believed us. That was one of the strangest feelings that I have ever had to this date. I wasn't scared at all as a matter of fact when we were following the saucer other people were pulling up to the stop signs along the pathway and I could see them sitting in there vehicles and I was thinking to myself. "Well now it's out look at all these witnesses seeing this happen right before their eyes" I never ever heard of anyone else say any thing about that evening. That’s the part that to me is strange very strange it was right there above them visible to the naked eye all they had to do was look up.

When you see one. "What a Feeling" the unexplained can give you. And if two people see a UFO it is not a sure thing that both people will describe it exactly alike. Why else would they call it a UFO.
