Late summer 1957, looking out over the Firth of Forth. Evening around 7pm. [approx] looking north.Overhead about 6 or 700 ft., a silver shiny, round shaped object appeared. It was travelling away from us, and came to a full stop,for about 3 seconds. then at right angles, it moved at a rapid pace towards the east,and out of sight.2 months previous to this incident,I had finished my 3 years as a soldier with the1st Battalion Royal Scots, a Regiment in the the British army,and had done many gaurd duties .So I considered myself alert, and aware of my surroundings.The other 2 people who witnessed this sighting were family members.I swear to this day that what we saw was absolutely the truth.

Ihave thought of this experiencs since 1957, and still swear this is true.And not some halucination!
