Was asleep, heard distinct deep humming noise which was vibrating my bedroom windows, could not move at all - was paralised from head to toe. Moved eyes towards window - tall man standing inside bedroom by window - approx 6.5 - 7metres tall. In black coat - bald head - looked human but did not speak - sent me messages in head - told me not to be afraid. Humming began to move through my body, tried to scream but could not. Man parted curtains and I saw huge lights and thje underside of space craft - suddenly huge flashes and my hand - which I had been trying to desperately move to wake my husband up was suddenly released and I grabbed my husband to try wake him - by that time lights and man had gone and I was terrified - This happended once again about 4yrs later - both nights were very stormy.
