Yes, they are but you will not see any. Any technology and energy source that enables interplanetary space travel is a very desirable commodity and NORAD has earth's space covered for any foreign craft to enter undetected.
I worked out the the interpretation of telepathy, which is how the Ufo people can communicate with us. They propose to make a public landing at Banff, Alberta, Canada, provided their safety is guaranteed and the landing is well publicised for international observers to verify the event.
By the way, they are from Ganymede, one of Jupiter's moons. Their landing craft is not a saucer type object, but more like NASA's moonlander crafts, the one well publicised by Armstrong's landing on the moon in 1969. Which begs the question, who is copying who's desing?

The universe is a very large old place. The materials for the makings of life are widely distributed according to some research reports (e.g. "We are not alone." Sullivan, editor). There are probably many planets in many solar systems where the type of sun and the age and distance of the planets are in the habitable zone of orbital distance and type. It seems likely that there exist, have existed, and are yet to be worlds where life exists.
The simultaneous level of development of any two which will give rise to capacity to contact and to interpret contact at the same time seems more rare than the probability of life on other worlds. But, with God, anything is possible.
