Yes, I saw one and I was frightened.
I thought I would love to see one, but when I did, it freaked me out.
It was 8 years ago in daylight, just outside Chippawa Falls WI.
It was disc shaped, and moved at sharp angles, it was not a balloon, or an airplane.
no balloon or airplane or anything could do the kind of quick sharp moves and stops this thing did.
