NO, sadly. My opinion? is based on too much brain washing by opposing groups, groups who can and never will come to any type of evedencial conclusions.
IT is, perhaps, a far better hypothesis, belief that the UFO discs invented by the Germans during the 40's and 50's shed better insight as to who really controls the skies.

Absolutely yes.

Someday, many people in my village saw a misterious soucer flight across the sky. there was isu that said it was kind of something devil. but i know it was an UFO.

I ask myself why would there be such an effort to deny the existence of UFO's by the government. If they were mere travelers from afar, people have seen enough sci-fi movies that they would accept most explanations of how they got here (warp speed, worm holes, etc) So what scenario would elicit such fear of discovery by the population?
Assume that the proof of what is going on would cause uprisings against the people in government that would cause a lynching type reaction. The first thing that comes to mind is maybe they are time machines that can go foreward in time and gather stock market data, e.g. It wouldn't have to go more than one or two days. That would be the scandal of the millenium. Maybe when they pop back into this space-time continuum they are not too close to terra firma. If they could move in time they would disappear when they are not in synch with us, which would explain why they just disappear or move in a manner that can't be duplicated by a purely physical maneuver.
