with the level of scientific knowledge on the universe we have today and the overwhelming leaps mankind has made in the last 100 years, how can we refute the concept of life outside our small space in the universe. Mathematically I'm sure it is impossible for this planet to be the only life sustaining place in the heavens. I think it is naive and ridiculous to ignore the possibility of extra terrestrial life forms and the potential they would have to reach our planet.
Look at our own civilization , in less than a century we have advanced from horse drawn wagon to N.A.S.A. exploring mars and beyond. How blind do you really think society is? and who is really trying to keep us in idle ignorance but the governments and institutions who stand to lose power over us.

Are UFOs real? Yes.
Are they all Extraterrestrial? Not necessarily.
Are none of them Extraterrestrial? Impossible.
Many evidence can be seen predating the invention of the photgraphic technology that was invented in the late 1800's. Several 16th through 18th century paintings in Europe exhibit the same shapes and signs of UFOs. Although Da Vinci had previously invented the CONCEPT for flying machines, none were ever made in his time. Also, there have been many stories of what could be construed as contacts by Extraterrestrials in the Zorastrinistic civilizations, the Hellenistic civilizations, and the early eastern Hindu civilization.
Also, there have been unexplainable things that have occurred during the recent sightings that are interesting. Electromagnetic disruptions, blinding lights, and extremely fast accelerations that, without the proper technology, would potentially even kill a humanoid pilot.
I do not say that all of the photographs are valid - some can be explained by early space probes (if you believe the USAF and other organizations), but if you have 100,000 photos, and "only" 5,000 of them are valid, you still have a VERY STRONG CASE.
Governments also realise the approach of possibly Extraterrestrial UFOs in an alarmingly close proximity. Whoever, or whatever, is piloting these UFOs, can excellently cover themselves, and must have done this before.
