August 1st 2006, About 12am.

I was casually stargazing when I suddenly became aware of a row of staggered lights, flying at incredible speed across the sky, with no noticable sound. I immediately tried to place them as fighter jets, flying in formation; but the formation of lights were in a straight line, unlike commonly used military formations. The formation was roughly a straight row of 7 to 9 lights, but with a slight stagger toward the center, giving the overall impression of a very gradual "V" flying sideways.

Seeing with the naked eye, the unblinking lights were indistinguishable from the background of stars in their shape and size; other the than the fact that they were moving very fast.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It arguably could have been a formation of military planes flying in very strict (and unconventional) formation, at very high speed and altitude.

Around the 3:00 A.M. of the July, 31, my friends and I have seen a disk-shaped object flying in the sky. for 2-3 seconds. The object was characterized by a very intense white-yellow light. That day, weather was clean and dry. As the object deviated toward East, it was evident its disk shape, and appeared a spinning movement (like a frisbee !). The object was dissimilar to a falling star, at all.

I would highlight that neither I nor my friends did take alcohol or illicit drugs before. I'm a 34 years-old surgeon and i'm involved with scientific research (as you can easily verify on PubMed search!), thus being reluctant to ridiculous behaviors!

Driving on the way to work on the N1 past modifontien offram. There was a field on my right hand side with cattle. (today that is all built up commercial area).

It was peak hour traffic, moving very slowly. Something shiny caught my eye (similar to someone using a mirror to refelct light), I looked to my right and noticed the cows running from one side of the field to the other quite franticly.

Looking up in the clear sky, I notice a silver sphere, moving in a figure eight formation. Disappearing then reappearing on the opposite side of the field.

Then it dissapeared altogether.

I could only see the bottom of it, and it had lots of bright lights, coloured red, blue and green and regular white lights. The lights seemed to vary in size and the ones lining the outside rim of the UFO were particularly large.

I saw the UFO as I was being driven to an open day at my to-be high school.

Me and my family were driving by in our car and about 20m away across the road, I saw a huge disc hovering in the air. It was about 20m above the ground, a playing field near a school to be exact, and it seemed to be just sitting in the air. It didn't seem to be making any sounds, and it also seemed odd that no one else had noticed it. I could see it very clearly as it was only about 20m away. Very large, metallic looking disc.

no, it couldn't be man-made, it was too large. I couldn't see anything suspending it so it couldn't have been for a movie or anything.

The object that I witnessed appeared to be round like a ball. The object "Glowed" a bright white. I did notice that the brightness of the object "Faded" when the object accelerated in speed. Also, as a footnote, there was absoulutely NO Sound.

This sighting was noticed in the city of Sherman Oaks, CA. The sighting occured as I was in my residential (Urban) neighborhood.

During the month of November in the year 2004, I witnessed my second encounter. It was exactly 4:05 am. I had just left my apartment and was walking down the street to the main blvd. (Van Nuys Blvd) to catch the bus, as I was on my way to work. I always make it a habit to "Scan" the skies during those hours, as you never know what you will see. The sky was as clear as could be and many stars were visible. As I began to look down at my cell phone, I noticed something in the sky and quickly looked up. I saw "A Star". I beleve that the altitude was between 30-40 thousand feet. I base this altitude due to my flying experience. I estimate that the cruising speed was between 200-300 Mph. The "Star" was flying in a straight line as if navigating by the street I was walking on. As a note, I did stop walking to make sure It really was moving. As I gazed at the "Star" it slowed down slightly. It began to turn to my left (Its Right) and began to accelerate. I estimate the right turn to proceed for about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile in distance. At the end of the turn the "Star" began to accelerate to what I estimate about 6-700 miles per hour. As It contiued on this path, the "Star" continued to increase in speed and began to go gain in altitude. The "Star" began to climb straight up. The "Star" climbed to an altitude to a point I could no longer see it. And then the "Star was gone. It was an amazing sight. I will never forget it.

As strange as this may sound, there was a point when I sensed that "I had been noticed observeing" the object. It was the oddest feeling. The thought went through my mind, "They know Im watching them". This moment occurred right as the "Star" slowed down and then turned in its path.
