I was in the car with my mother and father, traveling from Murdoch to Applecross. It was about 9:00pm, and I was sitting on the left hand side of the car behind the passenger seat. In top corner of my eye I noticed a fairly bright light in the sky hovering roughly 2000 feet above the river. It wasn't travelling in any direction in particular, like a plane or helicopter would and it had no other blinking lights and made no sound (as far as I could hear). I also noticed the light would go out, and then suddenly the light would appear somewhere else in the sky. I asked my father what it was (my mother was asleep) and he could not explain it. I kept looking at it until my vision was obscured by trees. I am unsure of what it could have been, therefore I guess its an unidentified flying object.

All I can remember is a circular, metallic like object with blinding white lights that completely enveloped the car.

It was bigger than our car, we had a Chevrolet Vega at the time. I would guess it was somewhere around 50 ft wide by 20 ft tall, but this is really hard to remember.

This was a rural area, just outside of town, where a sewage plant was located.

My ex-husband and I were returning from a relatives home outside of town. It had been raining that day, so it was very dark out. It must have been around 9 or 10 in the evening, I remember that there was hardly any traffic. There is or was (I no longer live there, so am not sure if the plant is still there) a sewer plant just outside the city limits. As we turned the corner, past the plant, I remember this bright, blinding white light came out of nowhere and seemed to envelope the car. It is about 3 or 4 miles from that point into town, where there is a bridge that crosses the Umpqua River. I must admit, I was so scared that I don't remember the drive for that 3 or 4 miles into town. The next thing I do remember is being on the old Oak Sreet bridge, which at that time was made of metal, and my husband and I were so frightened that we were fishtailing across the bridge. As we continued driving through town we watched the UFO, or it seemed at the time, it was watching and following us. Forgive my sketchy details on this incident, but I have always felt that I have blocked the sighting from my memory because it was such a frightening event to me.I have recently wanted to be hypnotized to see if I am able to recall more of what happened that night. The last thing I remember is watching it go off into the sky, zipping back and forth, unlike any plane and way too fast and high for a helicopter and then it was gone.

Before this happened I would have laughed about UFO sightings. We told some family members about what happened to us and they laughed at us and so we chose to keep quiet on the subject for many years. I do know now that something very strange happened to us that night that I have no logical explanation for. I feel and have always felt in my mind that it was an extraterrestial experience. 4 bright white lights independant of eachother. Each light was round and a little bit hazy but very bright. One of the lights was larger than the other and was much easier to see.

If you held your arms at length 3 of the lights were like holding up a pea, the third was as large as a dime(slightly smaller). There actual size may be about twice the size of a passenger jet.

I was heading south on University avenue at about 69th avenue in Fridley. The day was calm and the sky was clear, about 80 degrees outside. I've tried not to sound like a lunatic but this will be the only thing that I leave out of the story if I tell a close friend... It looked like the lights flew in, hovered in the sky just north of downtown 2 of the lights seemed to go to do something else the third tried to wait for the fourth but just left... the third seemed to be checking out the cityflying from the southeast section then flew across to the southwest then up then down and across again, finished up its liitle flight and flew in a splitsecond south and vanished.... it acted intelligently!

I was driving south on University avenue through Fridley when my passenger and I noticed some faint lights off in the south eastern sky. About 30 seconds passed by and we could then see the 4 balls of light clearly. Neither of us could believe what we were seeing. The bright white lights looked as if they were hovering a few thousand feet off the ground over the northern section of Minneapolis. It was a clear day with no clouds. I slowed down my car and leaned part way out the window to see more clearly. My passenger and I explained to eachother what we were seeing as it was happening. 2 of the lights seemed to fade a little then seemed to zoom south across the horizon, a few seconds later the 3rd seemed to do the same. The brightest ball began to move across the sky at first to the southwest....it didn't just slowly fly either, it covered a huge distance in less than a second then made an immediate turn and flew higher and to the northeast... I'm guessing each time it cruised across the sky it was flying more than 20 miles. It continued to make what would be absolutely impossible maneuvers for about 45 seconds then shot across the sky southwest.

I am leaving this descriptioin for anyone to take from it what they will. I know what I saw. I had a witness with me. This experience left us physically shaking because we had NO explanation for what happened. This wasn't a split second thing... we watched these balls of light hovering in mid-air then speed away at thousands of miles per hour! The last one was the icing on the cake and brought me to an all out sweat because this (whatever it was) was intelligently cruising around above the city making sharp zig zag manuevers that no rocket,plane,helicopter,missle could make.

I was close minded before this event.... now I'm just freaked out. It's been eight years since this happened and I can't get it out of my head.

I guess I had the same curiousity as everyone alse before the event. I suppose my personal belief was that there probably is life (maybe not intelligent) but something out there in space. I figured all the so-called sightings were all fakes. This has been a personal experience for me, I have never told an authority of this event and would not like to be thought of as some U.F.O. nut. I saw what I saw... theres is no doubt it was something not of this earth...If I could submit a drawing of the event you'd see what I mean about it not being any kind of flying vehicle made. Glowing white...round shape as viewed form ground directly below......elongated at sides when viewed from end at distance.........no other lights other than objects glow. If you took a fifties car full wheelcover and placed it with the flat end toward the ground.and the "domed " end toward the sky....and viewed it from a distance.........that would be the shape as the object as it appeared to speed off west. The "dome "was not that pronounced though. It tipped from side to side slightly when it was speeding west.

I was 13 Years old hanging Christmas lights at approximately 7pm that evening with my father . As I handed him a string of lights to hang on the gutter of the house, A bright fast moving light caught the corner of my eye coming from due East to due West...I was able to focus my vision on it at about 90 degrees overhead and watched it silently dart westward at low altitlude at a very high rate of speed. It "trimmed "its flight side to side as it sped westward, as was gone from site within 2 seconds of the initial sighting. The cloud cover was very low that night. The object was probably within 500 feet of the ground.I asked my father if he had seen it, to which he had replied no.

I have never officially reported this sighting to any agency to this day.

During my lifetime, I have worked in public service to many degrees, graduating with a degree in Law Enforcement in 1974, serving as an Auxiliay Police Officer with 2 agencies for a period of time in the 80s, and also graduating the State Fire Academy and serving as a part time Firefighter and EMT for a good part of the 90s.

I know what I saw was real. I know it wasn't anything that could possibly be man made. And at this time of my life I don't care if those that doubt my observations cast a doubt on it. It's their loss..

I never seen this or something else before.

I had sleep by my girlfriend. And she has got a window on the roof. We had look in the sky and visit the clearly night with the stars. Then, some clouds make the stars unseen. My Girlfriend says to me:" Oh, look some clouds cover the sky." I see up and and this moment a undified flying object flies

over our roof. The night was dark, but this thing was a little bit brighter. On the sides , you seen some litte lights. But not bright, it looks like a chemical light also seen by fishes in the deep sea.

I think it was 25 mph/h fast. But, we had open the window but we cant hear anything. This Object dont make some sounds. It was very noisy.

I dont think it was a star because the clouds has covered the starts. For a bird it was to big. Clouds havend some lights on her sides. Airplanes or other flying things a impossible because no flying object flies in the less level. And a Airplane etc. make some sounds.

(SEE ABOVE) IT WAS A GIGANTIC SIZE AND MUST HAVE WEIGHED 100-150 TONS. IT APPEARED TO BE MADE OUT OF METAL. AS IT FLEW OVER THE CATHEDRAL IT STOPPED WITH EXTREME ABRUBTNESS OVER THE CATHEDRAL AND SEEMED TO TURN AS IF SURVEYING THE SITUATION. IT THEN SHOT OFF AT WHAT SEMMED AN EVEN FASTER SPEED THAN BEFORE IN THE GENRAL DIRECTION OF OUR CAPITAL CITY, LONDON.

IT GAVE OF AN ERRIE DISTURBING SOUND AND HAD A FAINT GREENISH GLOW THAT ILLUMINATED THE TOP OF THE TOWER.

It was cool dark night so i decided to go outside i sat down on my porch and noticed a brite shiney light in the sky. At first i thought it was a shooting star and sure enough i reallized that it was a U.F.O i couldnt beleive my eyes until i called my brother outside and he got to look at it too. We got all excited and called my mom outside she was amzed and couldnt beleive what she was seeing. when we looked at the shiney light it tuned to an angle and split into 2 ufos. The funny thing is that you could here the sound of the ufo flying it sounded really loud, louder then a plane.

This was in 1970, Mr. fields and I watched the round craft for about an hour. Then it moved to Interstate 95, about 1/8 of a mile from the transmit tower in Florence SC., an it hovered over a billboard about 50 feet above my head. We were in a car under the UFO, it did nothing to the car instruments, so I got out of car and stood directly under the craft for about 1 hour this was about sunset, nothing happened to me physically, there was no static electricity causing my hair to standup or anything like that. The craft moved toward the I-95 highway and headed toward Highway 52 from TV Road about 40 feet above our car and turned on Highway 52 toward Darlington SC still about 40 feet above our car. We continued on to the Darlington by-pass to the Hartsville Hwy. Halfway between Darlinton SC and Hartsville SC the craft stopped, by then it was about 9:00 PM, we stood under the craft beside the road for the next 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was about 10:30PM and the craft tilted its edge upward slightly, {it was round}, toward the sky and took [off] with amazing speed, it did not cause any wind to blow my hair or move any vegetation, the craft had square looking lights on the edge of the craft, and the faster the craft flew the faster these lights would appear to go around and around the crafts edge, the lights were green,purple, and yellow, it was a clear afternoon and night, we were in the close presence of this craft for more than 4 hours, it was nearly a hands on experience. I did not see who was flying the craft. The craft stayed up in the sky a while stopped then shot off in outer space, at blinding speed.

This was undeniably a UFO no doubt about it whatsoever, a clearly visible craft no doubt, I do not think a human could have been flying it because of the blinding speed it took off at my last sighting of it, the G-forces would have been entirely too great for a human to withstand.

Before I did not believe in it, I am a Southern Baptist, after the sighting I was a firm believer having been in its presence for more than 4 hours at 50 feet away on a clear day/evening. I did not read about UFO's because I did not believe in them at the time, I did know just a little about them, before.
