I saw what appeared to be an intertube, not moving any direction, but seemed to rotate slowly. It would have the shape of an inter-tube with a hole in the middle, then would slowly rotate to take a different form that I have no way to describe....

I took a picture but it only appears as a black dot in the picture.

I ran to my neighbors that were outside, and they also saw the do-nut shape that changed form.

The object never once moved to the left or right, up or down. It did not drift or move position. After 10 or 15 minutes of watching it, it very slowly got smaller and smaller moving away, but still maintaining the same spot in the sky. We watched it for another 15 minutes or so as a tiny black dot in the sky, until it wasn't viewable any longer.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Possibly some kind of weather balloon?

Sometimes watch UFO documentaries. I'm not sure if I believe they exist or not, I'm leaning more toward believing.

I am not crazy, or taking any medications or drinking. I am very sure that what I saw is real, and not a typical object that you would see normally.

i was feeding my cats and i looked up at the sky and saw a small object. It moved at a average speedand got smaller and smaller and then diserpeared.

I was doing the translation of some documents and the curtains and the window in my room was open. It was dark outside about 2 am. So i decided to go and to close the window, and accidently i saw this two lights in the night sky - one blue and one red. I can assure that WAS NOT A PLANE, because lights were moving - closer to each other and away. And they suddenly vanished. With my phone (Nokia 6230) and trembling hands i managed to take only one picture of the moving lights.

I don't know. I saw this first time in my life.

i was siting in my back yard and a sauser comes out from over abuilding so i go to get my camra when i come out my camra is fully charged but the batter said it was low so i just loooked at it and it started to change shape it was a green color but when it morphed it changed to a sliver color then there was a vibratoin it shoot up it the air and just disapperid

appeared for about 30 seconds moved horizontally much faster than a plane, disappearing all of the sudden.

Round luminous top very bright with whiter beams or rays underneath. About three inches and distant as a small plane.

I didn't have my camera but after seing this thing in the sky i looked for comets, meteors and finally ufos but still can't find one exactly like what we saw. The one in Puebla Mexico 1994 could be similar and the one appeared in Tavernes, France, 1974. but oval and more neat borders with the beams shorter.
