It looked like a red star. But instead of sitting in the sky like a star...It navigated in your typical UFO flight pattern. There was more speraticness then a moderate hover. This thing had a mind of its own and many saw it and Knew what they were seeing as well as i did. The Light did intensify at times. Red To REDDER...and so on.

It was a Bad area..High Crime , Drug and Gang Activity. Its also a city block from the Fresno Air Port "Yosemmity Airport " i beleive. Its connected to a base.

This was a mass sighting...It was on a major four way intersection..The Cross Streets were peach and Olive. It was late at night..People were stopping in the middle of the streets to get out of there car and see this thing. The 7-11 clerk left the register to see it himself. ( no longer a 7-11 ) This is a bad area of town..But its near the main air port as well as a national Guard / Navy base. We saw a red Light in the sky bouncing from one area to another...It flew speraticly like a Bee or a fly. Up then down then left then right. getting the attention of the people was daliberate it seemed...The object then became 2 objects. One shot across the sky until it was out of sight while the other just vanished. maybee minutes later we had planes and helicopters in the sky..It was obviouse this was a UFO sighting..

Unless the Air Force has finally masterd a new UFO type technology or craft.....This was not man , This was superior in Technology. Unless The Air Force has its own man made UFO's. This craft flew like a bee or a fly. shifting in to no paticular direction in seconds at a time.

I was a teenager....a Christian. I was open to UFO's. I thought perhaps GOD created E.T.'s as well as man kind..after all we know he created dinosaurs. I also have considerd maybee GOD is E.T. or UFO along with his angels. Maybee Satan is UFO and E.T. and diverting man kind away from GOD. I thought thease things then and i still think them today.

I Lovin Jonothan Rajakumar was driving along east street, Lidcombe, N.S.W, Australia, when I suddenly sore an unidentified flying object in the air, I was quick to respond to its many different colour lights, unfortunately I did not get to tape to incident on my video phone witch was highly unfortunate...

But I soon sore other people having a look at it too, so u may find more descriptions of sighting around the same area. It looked like it may have been moving around, but I i'm not 100% shore as i was driving at the time. It was flying over Rookwood cemetery.

The object was a black equilateral triangle with round white lights that were slightly blue at each of the 3 corners. The lights were large relative to the size of the object. The lights at the trailing rear corners were too far apart to be suspended from the fuselage of a conventional helicopter. It hovered at approximately 30 mph. The most notable thing about this sighting was the noise. A high pitched whirring sound that suggested RPM's higher than that of a Dremel rotary tool but also a deep, powerful and constant bass tone that made the ground vibrate slightly. It did not have the classic 'thunka thunka' noise of helicopter blades.

It was a suburban area evacuated for a hurricane.

About 15 days after Hurricane Katrina flooded New Orleans I was able to move back into my home in the Metairie area. But I was only 1 of 4 people who spent the night on our mile long block. The population density was maybe 15 people per square mile at the time, much lower than normal. Nothing was open; there was no food or gas and no one had a job to come back to. Also there were still reports of looting and other crime so I'm sure that kept people away as well.

At the time helicopters of all sort passed routinely. A 'chopper would come by once every 5 minutes during the day but at night they were much more rare. They were still running rescue operations in and out of New Orleans and it took them almost directly over my house.

Everything from Blackhawks to Chinooks to news helicopters were flying over. The point is I was getting very accustomed to the sound of it all. The National Guard in their Humvee's and larger transports were also routine to see. (This all has a point that I bring up later)

One morning about 2 AM - I woke up to a very weird noise. The best way I can describe it is that it sounded like a 1000 HP vacuum cleaner outside of my window. I imagine it woke me up because of the volume at first but as I was lying in bed wondering what type of helicopter it must be, it occured to me that it didn't sound like a helicopter. It didn't have the 'thunka thunka thunka' of the helicopter blades. Instead just a very high pitched whine and a deep, very deep bass tone along with it. The bass was deep enough and powerful enough that I could feel it inside my body.

Curiousity got the best of me and I decided to go outside and take a look. I remember thinking as I walked to the front door that I was going to see some new cool military helicopter, something for night surveillance maybe to watch for looters. But I also kept thinking that it was just too odd sounding. I remember laughing a bit to myself thinking what if I open this door and it's something I can't identify, a UFO even.

Well it turns out I can't identify it. It's been almost a year since I saw it. Now and then I get curious again and I search the internet for new military aircraft thinking that I'll figure out what it was eventually. Still no luck though. Finally I decided to look through UFO sightings. Ha! It's spot on with a sighting that you have in your database that took place in Kingston, Ontario January 24, 2003. I guess I saw a triangle UFO.

Eventhough it was a while ago I can still remember it very clearly, at least I believe I can. It was about 300-400 feet over my house and moved slowly with one point of the triangle leading the way. It had a light on each of the 3 corners. Each light was almost white but a little bit toward the blue side of the spectrum. Unfortunately there was no moonlight and try as I did to see the object itself I couldn't make out much. It was an equilateral triangle though, I could see a dark outline.

If it was indeed 300-400 feet up, it had to be about as large as my 2500 sq. ft. house. If it were somewhat lower it was still larger than a Chinook. Because it was hovering slowly it probably wasn't an airplane? I kept trying to make it into a helicopter of some sort, like one of the many that I had seen flying over during the day. But the white lights on the trailing edges of the triangle were much too far apart. They were as far apart as the wings of an airplane but it was hovering, slowly, remember? I stared at it the whole time it cruised away, maybe 3 minutes until I was looking at it edge on and the lights slowly disappeared.

I keep trying to convince myself it had to be a military surveillance aircraft but I can't find any reference to anything that could possibly light up like this thing did. So maybe it's a still secret aircraft? If so why fly so low and make yourself so obvious? The high-pitched whining was definitely mechanical but the RPM's that it suggested must have been very high. Also the way it was accompanied by the deep powerful bass was like nothing I've ever heard and felt.

I'm a chemist and I'm skeptical by nature. I only accept empirical evidence when it comes to anything of any importance. So I'm not suggesting this thing was alien or extraterrestrial or any of the other far-out things synonymous with UFO's. I can't say that I experienced radiation sickness or that my watch stopped or ran backwards (actually I didn't think to look). I told my friends and family about it soon after. It was fleeting. At the time we all had a lot more to worry about with rebuilding our lives after the hurricane.

I have to say that eventhough it's been a year ago it still peeks my curiosity when I think about it. And it puzzles me that I have yet to find a suitable explanation!

Before my sighting I was curious about UFO's but I believed the majority of people lie about or exaggerate their experience. I believe there is no empirical evidence currently in the public record for UFO's being of extraterrestrial origin. However, the idea of alien life is something that even NASA researches. And I believe that it is not a ludicrous idea. The only thing that has changed for me after having a sighting myself, is that I wonder now if more people are telling the truth about UFO encounters than I originally thought.

Triangular objects have been filmed, unfilmed were disc shaped objects with blue pulsating lights and they were observed to quickly dart sideways and a beam was seen shooting to the ground. And of film we have footage of the dome shaped object with what appears to have some type of objects standing in it.

other footage shows lights that take on a triangular shape but they appear to be staying in the same spot however they do change their shape which can clearly be seen, some Indians that I have spoke with say these objects are seen flying over them at times. In the field behind us when riding the motor bikes we have come across at least 5 cattle mutilations as well, I have photos of these.

The area i viewed this sighting was the suburbs of the city i live in. No power plants or military bases in the area and away from a lot of the light pollution generated by the bright city lights.

I had just come home from my holiday with my family to Ireland and had arrived home at about 3:30am and was just unwinding before heading of to bed. I opened the kitchen door and wandered out to get some night air and was just standing looking up at the sky comparing the visual feast i was observing with what i was treated to back in County Clare West Ireland [we were out in the countryside many miles from any major town or city] so you can imagine the astronomical display we had was astounding!. my family and i just stood watching the midnight sky with no light pollution whatsoever. I think every star that God put into the universe was out that night! so as i was saying i was looking straight up into the sky when i noticed three lights moving across the sky at what i think was at a very high altitude. As i carried on observing these lights i noticed that they were traveling in perfect syncronisation all at same speed making me think were these lights joined in anyway?.The lights continued in triangular formation across the sky at what seemed a slow speed [compared to aircraft that normally fly over at such heights!] in a north easterly direction. I also noticed a singular light following the same path a considerable way back from the main group of lights it seemed to be going at a faster speed than the other lights. It was hard to tell if this singular light source was linked to the other light sources or was it at the same height as the other lights as it was at the same magnitude as the other group of lights. I continued to stand and watch this display continue to move across the night sky confused and as these objects silently moved out of my viewing range. The whole episode was very bizzare indeed!

Maybe satellites i have watched on many occasion what is most probably a satellite come across the night sky at very high altitude because with a plane you can usually see a flashing beacon on the underside of most aircraft sometimes acompanied by an engine noise.
