I saw it for 3 sec, it created a lot of light & i saw it was blue with a shinnig red tringle

Was looking at a cool picture of clouds and noticed a gray speck...  

It was like a stick only it slowly moved across the sky and hovered for three minuts.  

Huge cigar shaped object sitting in mid air. No movement. What appeared to be a red band around the middle. At first look thought is it was a plane, then realized it wasn't moving. Stopped the car and put it in reverse...looked up and it was gone.
