An employee of this major municipality during his routine work as a traffic engineer took a photograph of a level railway crossing at Beveridge north of Melbourne using a digital camera. A clear, close-range video of a saucer-shaped object spinning near a building in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria sometime in 2003. According to B. J. Booth, who eventually acquired and made public the video, it was taken by a woman, who made it available to local authorities in Bulgaria, who confiscated it from her. Luckily she had made a copy of it and placed it in the care of a friend. View full report
