Night watchman observes disc-shaped object over lake
"It's kind of like a Frisbee, two Frisbees on top of another, like an orange in the middle," he said. "And they were turning at an incredible rate. It was just like you could see the windows turning one way and the ship, the bottom part, turning the other way. And whatever way on top it was like glowing. I don't know what it was but it was beautiful." Lapratt said he saw several objects landing on the lake, then zipping away at high speed toward the treeline.

Three witnesses spot saucer-like object with windows
my impression was that of a saucer-sort of shape, with porthole-type windows with cross-bars. I could not discern the shape of the whole object, though, as the light from the windows was so blindingly bright. The description of having a saucer-like appearance is strictly an impression from my quick glance. Strangely, the windows seemed a little squared, and there were at least two, probably three, of them.

Navy Veteran Observes Large Cigar-Shaped UFO in Exeter, NH
There was something odd in the sky last week, something that caused a Navy veteran with 10,000 hours of flight experience to have his own close encounter. While preparing to mow his lawn, "David" saw a large cigar-shaped object hovering in the sky. He said it was about the size of two USS Nimitz aircraft carriers.

Large black triangle craft with glowing red portholes in the Arizona desert
"Saw a huge black triangle with glowing red port holes in the Arizona desert. It was moving slowly along a river where i was camping. It was blacker than night with 6 large glowing red port holes along the side that I could see. The red portholes glowed but did not emit light. They did not brighten up the area or any of the surroundings. The craft was just sort of "gliding" along. Like anti-gravity."

UFO Encounter at Little Fox Lake, Yukon
Witnesses saw a 30 to 40ft diameter saucer, hovering about 200 ft off the ground! . It was a classic disc shape with a dome on top. The dome had two curved windows or lights from which a blue light was shining. The car headlights dimmed and their tape deck stopped playing. Their watches stopped functioning.

Illinois Triangle UFO Sighting (by multiple police officers)
This famous UFO case involved the sighting of a huge unidentified triangular-shaped UFO by police officers and others in the early morning hours of January 5, 2000, over the state of Illinois. The officers, from a number of small Illinois towns, were able to track the unknown object and maintain radio contact with each other during the event. Their in-depth testimonies have been fully documented by investigators.

Father and two sons witness object with lights travelling slowly
The object was then at its closest point to us. It had a large bright light at either end, with 4 Possibly 5 smaller lights in between. At either end, behind the large lights there were very small red and blue lights that were not easily visible. These smaller lights looked like portholes. The large light on the leading end went out and there was a dimmer light coming from inside, similar to an interior light of a car shining out the windscreen.

Oval-shaped objects with portholes observed in France
On September 16, 1996 in the 5 hour old neighbourhoods, the witness in his car observes an ovoid [oval-shaped] machine [object] with three port-holes emitting a strong orange light. The object is stationary at an altitude of 30 to 40 meters and between 300 and 400 meters from the road. The somewhat frightened witness continues on the road and subsequently observes two identical objects higher in the sky. The objects observed were dark and their size estimated at ten meters length. No explanation was found with this close observation.

Twin sisters saw a giant cigar-shaped UFO. It had a row of rectangular windows. Small lights were flying in and out of the large object. The UFO appeared to descent or disappear behind a mountain, or into the ground. Missing time occurred.

UFO lands to repair hole in its hull (Transvaal, South Africa)
When a local farmer from Groot Marico in the western Transvaal plains region first observed the saucer-shaped object on Thursday morning, he noticed that it had a distinctly visible hole in its hull. The farmer, Mr. Jan Pienaar (45), is of the opinion that this "vehicle" landed on a remote country road between Coligny and Brakspruit to have its damaged hull repaired. However, his arrival probably prompted the "vehicle's" hasty retreat and rapid ascent into the sky.

A UFO in a Street in Plauen, Germany
The witness 'spotted a big luminous object approximately 100 meters away, hovering at an altitude of about 30 meters just above the building. It looked to her like two frisbees stuck together, turning in opposite directions. The bottom part had small, dark squares that looked like windows under which a circle of white lights rotated in a clockwise direction. The object appeared to be about 10 meters in diameter.'

Kelly Cahill Abduction
In August 1993, 27-year-old Kelly Cahill, her husband and three children were driving home after a visit to a friend's house. After midnight the Cahills first noticed the lights of a rounded craft with windows around it. It silently hovered above the road. Different colored lights were clearly visible on the bottom of the object.

Four UFO sightings occur in Elk River area of Minnesota
Since a woman told police that she spotted a UFO in her Elk River neighborhood, three more sightings of UFOs in the Elk River area occurred in mid-September, 1992. One man in Albertville saw a saucer-shaped object, 5-6 feet across. Then, a person who works for him, Terry Townsend, saw a UFO the size of a passenger jet that was ringed with lights. And a cab driver witnessed a UFO with 10 porthole-type lights.

Large cylindrical object with cupola and portholes in Duclair, France
On January 12, 1989, a woman at the wheel of her car observes with approximately 30 meters with the top of the marshes an “enormous” cylindrical form comprising at the top a cupola emitting a yellow light and a series of red luminescent port-holes and white at its base. With its passage, the object disappeared and reappeared a few seconds later much higher in the sky. The observation lasted a total of only a few seconds. The investigations did not make it possible to collect other information nor to identify the phenomenon.
