While flying over the Paris region, the crew noticed a large brown-red disk hovering on the horizon and constantly changing shape. From the pilot: "This object seemed to us then absolutely abnormal by its size which seemed immense, its dark red color and of the fuzzy edges. I had the impression to observe a gigantic lens in evolution. It did not resemble anything we had seen in our flying careers. " View full report

Luminous rectangular object with lights in Nouzonville, France

On January 9, 1994 about 19:30 a young woman and her friend in the car observe a luminous rectangular form in the sky. Having stopped their vehicle, they observe this form which is illuminated with white and red lights. Having lost sight of the object, they go in the car to find a better point of observation. Again stopped, the young woman observes an oval-shaped form with the same red and white lights which then seems to come in its direction. View full report

In August 1993, 27-year-old Kelly Cahill, her husband and three children were driving home after a visit to a friend's house. After midnight the Cahills first noticed the lights of a rounded craft with windows around it. It silently hovered above the road. "I saw an round flying object in plain view in the night sky around 2am. It was close enough to see round lights around the edges and the lights were rotating in one direction.
